High Pointe Resort features a beautiful community pool and private beach access, making it the perfect spot for your vacation. There's also a playground nearby, great for kids, and tennis courts for some fun family competition.
Inside, the kitchen is set up for easy family meals, while the guest bedroom to the left has two comfy queen beds and a shared bathroom. The spacious living room offers a fantastic view of the pool, as does the primary bedroom, which is located just off the living area.

I can’t say enough about this place’s convenience. You’re in a private, gated community, with private access to beach with umbrella and chairs service provided. There’s even a restaurant on site at the beach. The location of this condo is so perfect! We drove there from Texas, parked the car, and only used it again one more time the whole week when we went to CVS about 2ish miles away! You can walk to perfectly upscale restaurants, coffee shops, casual pizza places, ice cream and shops nearby. We work out every morning, so the bike path is PHENOMENAL for that. Half of the tennis courts on site have also been converted to pickle ball courts, so my hubby was thrilled with that and I got my first lesson. The absolute only thing that one might complain about is that it’s not brand new and is starting to get worked on. Which all places do eventually. So I don’t complain about that. The condo was comfy, perfect size for the two of us or even 4 people. Thank you so much!!

Oversee provided a great unit that was exactly as described with clean comfortable accommodations. From the moment we booked, they were very prompt and professional in their communication. As the trip approached, they continued to check in and the easy to access customer portal made it simple to access the unit and have other questions answered. The starter packs of soaps and detergent was a nice touch for an already impressive unit. While we didn’t have any issues during our stay, the proactive approach Oversee took to our booking gave me peace of mind that should something go wrong, it would be promptly addressed. The location was great with easy proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Renting from Oversee was a great experience and we would absolutely do it again.

Beautiful grounds, amazing pool, easy beach access. Property is nestled in the BEST area, bikes were so nice to have, right by all the best shops and restaurants in rosemary. The unit was right off the elevator which made it easy to get in and out. Cozy, cute, and clean. Owners were very responsive, friendly and helpful!

High Pointe is quite possibly the best located condominium complex in Rosemary Beach.
Pros:
*All the shops / restaurants are a 5 min walk on manicured sidewalks;
*Beach access is very close and easy. The stairs are steep but it’s one is the few access points that also has a ramp;
*Crabby Steve’s is a casual beach cafe situated at the beach access point / outside the pool complex which offers a variety of casual beach food, mixed drinks, etc. They also have air conditioned restrooms which was really nice with kids especially when at the pool;
*This unit came with two chairs / umbrella set up on the beach which was great as daily chair service is costly;
*the pool is enormous and very clean, has varying depths from 3 to 6 feet. The caliber and size of the pool is something you’d see at a high end resort property. There are also plenty of pool chairs, umbrellas, tables so never had an issue with seating
Cons:
*The complex and condo itself is dated, especially compared to the ritzy surrounding real estate, but it’s well maintained with gated access and plentiful parking.
*Both bathrooms had tub/shower combos and both were atypically high; could be challenging to step in for anyone with mobility issues
*Tile flooring could use a deep steam clean as our soles turned black from just walking barefoot in the home. Everything else appeared very clean.
Overall we had a very pleasant experience and would absolutely return to the High Pointe condos!

We had a great stay at High Pointe. Close to the beach and within walking distance to several nice restaurants and shops. Our grandson loves the pool and we all enjoy the food and view at Crabby Steve’s. We hope to come back.

Very easy check in process. Liked the security of gated community. Beach was great not crowded. Chair rental was easy as were getting the bikes. Condos are a little outdated and old but worked.

I absolutely loved my time in this rental. It was incredibly clean, especially in COVID times, I never felt unsafe. I loved that the community was gated and was centrally located between Ally’s and Rosemary so walking to grab anything was very easy. I was disappointed that the bikes were not included, but as I was a week into off season, I understood. The unit was equipped with literally anything that I could have needed and Oversee as the management company was incredibly easy to work with. Would stay in this unit time and time again.
