Lofty Oasis is all about unwinding in style. Fill your days and evenings with poolside lounging, and quiet moments on the two large porches. You’ll love the morning light, afternoon breezes, and evening chats with a neighborhood view. And yes, there’s a private pool!

Inside, the main living area is bright, open, and ready for good times.

The dining table’s got room for big meals and board games, while the fully stocked kitchen is set for pancake flipping or late-night snacking.

The primary suite, king, features a private bath, plus there's a half bath and a laundry room that leads right to the backyard. And the pool!

Cool off, soak up the sun, or lounge in the covered hangout space, with a half bath, outdoor shower, and cornhole for some friendly competition.

Upstairs, another primary suite, king, brings the luxury, with a private bath, while a guest room, queen, also features an extra twin bed and a loft with bunk beds and a twin, to keep things comfy. Plenty of room for the whole crew!

Lofty Oasis is made for memory-making, laugh-til-you-cry moments, and a whole lot of fun. Pack your bags, rally your crew, and get ready for a good time!

At Oversee 30A, we keep it simple: clean, comfy stays with a local team always close by. Our office is nearby, open seven days a week, with 24/7 support if you need anything.

This house was perfect for our crew of 8 to getaway for 3-nights over New Year’s weekend. We loved riding bikes to the beach (about 0.3), to the Seaside town square (about 1.3 miles), and through the woods and neighborhood directly behind the property. We brought bikes for the little kids (ages 10, 8 and 6) and there were enough bikes for the 5 grown ups; we all rode for hours. The heated pool and outdoor shower were also group favorites.
The kitchen was larger than the photos showed and very clean, and the living space was spacious and had great flow. Bedrooms comfortably slept my family of 8.
My family has already asked multiple times when we can return to this property! The value for the location, and the pool and bikes and ease of riding to the beach make this a phenomenal and easy getaway!

We had a great stay. The bikes made it easy to get to the beach and Seaside without having to worry about parking. Love the vibe of the pool area with grill and games including corn hole. Comfortable seating around the TV and adequate meal seating. Everything was just great.

Beautiful place! Loved having the bikes, although we did end up renting and LSV to haul our beach gear! Location is great- straight shot down to the beach access. Overall- amazing!

Great house. Perfect layout. Everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Good location. Pool is in constant shade and surrounded by a lot of trees so we didn’t use it because it had debris in it—the only reason I didn’t rate it worth what we paid for the stay. Also a lot of water bugs coming in through unsealed toilets and drains but not sure how much this can be controlled in FL. If a private pool isn’t a factor in the future we would stay again. Not part of Seaside so we couldn’t use amenities like the Seaside gym.

Our family had a wonderful time. It was the perfect location 5 mins to Seaside 3 mins to the beach on golf cart. Place had everything that we needed for a family but a golf cart but we rented one so it worked out great ! Pool is a must in this area because it got so hot and we were so glad we went with this house with a pool . Love it and will be back üòä

The house and location were amazing. The bikes were definitely appreciated. Having a private pool was so much nicer than using a community pool. The only addition I would recommend is adding a golf cart to get back and forth from the beach.

We fell in love with Lofty Oasis! The house was perfect! The pool was excellent! It was not too far from the beach. We had the best time here. No one wanted to leave. Having the bathroom outside was great when you were in the pool. Our boys liked riding the bikes more than the golf cart! Our only suggestion would be to add a fan in the tiki hut. We cannot wait to come back!!!

Incredible property within walking distance to the beach.

This home is amazing and has everything you need for a family vacation. The interior, furnishings, and cleanliness were the best we’ve experienced. And the outdoor living
– the pool, grill, patio and seating areas – were a wonderful complement to the nearby beach. So good in fact, we were tempted to skip the beach and stay home! The management company was also super helpful and responsive.

We will judge all future vacations off our experience here.

Stayed here with a few friends and it was the getaway we all needed. The space was inviting and located in a beautiful neighborhood. We absolutely loved the pool. Close to grocery store, Alys and Rosemary beach areas. Very clean. Host was super responsive and wonderful to communicate with. Would stay here again!
