We enjoyed our family vacation with our adult children in this amazing home. The furniture and decor were gorgeous and luxe, the appliances were top notch, and the spaces to gather were plentiful. All beds were very comfortable. We loved biking to the beach (although we ended up renting more bikes so that everyone in our group could have a bike). The neighborhood was very private and quiet. We loved cooking in the kitchen and eating in the screened in porch.

Nice house. Beautiful bathroom that you’d think was in the primary room but it wasn’t. Nice to have a separate living area above the garage. 1 pic shows a room with a full size bed, but when we arrived it was 2 twins. Guess it was pushed together for the pic. Overall we had a nice stay.

Make sure to note in the main house, there is only 1 king size beds. The rest are twins. (Excluding the carriage house)

Though the pool is small our little children loved it so much! The screened in dining porch area was a hit for dinners/lunches and early morning coffee.
We also all over the private heated outdoor shower to shower off after the beach!

It is a short walk to the main pool as well as the boardwalk which leads to the beach!

It’s a great spot if you want to bike to Rosemary or seaside. It was about 4 miles to each location in opposite direction.

We had such a wonderful stay at Maison Moon 30A. The home is absolutely immaculate and one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever rented. It feels like a true private residence rather than a vacation rental, with luxurious finishes and thoughtful details throughout. The beds are incredibly comfortable — we all slept so well! Every amenity was top-quality and we truly felt pampered and at home the entire time.

The location is perfect — a short walk to the most beautiful beach in North America. The owners clearly take great pride in this home and make their guests feel truly special. We highly recommend Maison Moon 30A and can’t wait to return!

One of the best things I do for myself each year is visit this house in WaterSound. It is fun to be there with a group of friends. There is plenty of room to have some time to myself. The pool is lovely and peaceful. We love to gather in the big hearth room or around the table on the screened in porch. This Watersound retreat, Maison Moon, is the ultimate 30A getaway, blending high-end coastal design with a layout perfectly dialed in for a multi-generational family trip.

The house is beautifully decorated, striking that rare balance between “magazine-ready” and “functional.” While our group consisted of all adults, we couldn’t help but notice the bunk room, which would be an absolute dream for kids. The culinary setup was also a major highlight; having a large, gourmet kitchen in the main house made group dinners effortless, while the private carriage house—complete with its own kitchen—offered a quiet sanctuary for a slower morning pace.

The outdoor amenities truly set this property apart:

Double the Pool Fun: Having a private pool right out the back door was a luxury, but the neighborhood pool is also just a short, easy walk away for when you want a change of scenery.

The Beach Walk: The trek to the sand is an experience in itself. It’s a scenic stroll down a winding boardwalk over a stunning dune lake—easily one of the most beautiful approaches to the Gulf on all of 30A.

Our girls’ trip in February could not have been more perfect, and this home was a huge part of what made it so special. There were eight of us celebrating a friend’s birthday, and from the moment we arrived, we were all blown away by how absolutely gorgeous and thoughtfully designed the house is. The location is truly ideal—an easy walk to the beach and just as enjoyable for strolling through the beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. It felt tucked away enough to be relaxing, yet close to everything we needed, whether that was a quick outing or simply enjoying the surroundings.

We spent a lot of time in the gourmet kitchen, which is perfectly equipped for anything from casual snacks to a full dinner. One evening we stayed in and had everything we needed to put together a great meal, which made for such a fun and memorable night together.

Since it was late February, we had a mix of cooler and warmer weather, and the house was perfect for both. The fireplace created such a cozy atmosphere in the evenings, and it quickly became a favorite gathering spot. When the weather warmed up, we loved having the option to head to the beach or relax by the heated pool, which was such a treat that time of year.

The bedrooms were equally impressive—every bed was incredibly comfortable, and everyone commented on how well they slept. The entire home is so well-appointed, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay feel effortless.

By the end of the trip, we were all saying the same thing—we would absolutely love to come back, and next time bring our families along. One of my favorite parts of the property is the outdoor room where we gathered to drink coffee and chat in the mornings and eat and play games in the evenings. I loved walking in the beautiful neighborhood and on the path to the private beach. It truly is a piece of paradise. I hope to return!

My stay at Maison Moon was the absolute best. I love this place as it is beautifully decorated with lovely views, comfortable bedrooms, large living room and spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need. My favorite relaxing spots are the screened in back porch and gorgeous pool area. I have stayed in the carriage house and it is as lovely and comfortable as the main house. This is the perfect place for a large family or group of friends.

We got to spend the weekend in this lovely home. We gathered with long time friends, so the spacious living room allowed us to sit and chat comfortably for hours. It was homey but also felt luxurious. The short walk to the beach had such beautiful scenery along the way. We were also in close proximity to all the shops and food we love ! We had the most incredible stay at Maison Moon in WaterSound Beach West—truly one of the most beautiful and relaxing beach homes we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully designed and effortlessly luxurious without being over the top.

The home itself is stunning—light-filled, impeccably decorated, and perfectly laid out for both comfort and gathering. Every detail has been considered, from the high-end finishes to the cozy touches that made it feel welcoming rather than just “pretty.” The bedrooms were spacious and serene, and the beds were unbelievably comfortable—everyone slept so well!

The kitchen was a dream—fully stocked and ideal for cooking and entertaining. We loved spending evenings together in the open living space and mornings with coffee on the porch. The outdoor areas were just as special—peaceful, private, and perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.

And the location… absolutely unbeatable. Easy access to the beach, beautiful surroundings, and a quiet, upscale feel that made it the perfect escape. It felt exclusive but still warm and inviting.

Maison Moon is one of those rare places that exceeds expectations in every way. We left already talking about when we can come back. If you’re considering booking—do it. You will not be disappointed.

I recently went on a girls’ trip to 30A, and we had the BEST experience staying at Maison Moon. The home is absolutely beautiful and so well decorated. We were immediately in love as soon as we walked in the front door. The beds were all very comfortable, and we had more than enough room for our group. The home is also very well stocked with all of the things we needed during our stay. It was too cold to spend time on the beach and in the pool, but we made the short walk to the beach. It was a beautiful walk and very manageable! We also loved the location of this home on 30A- it was very easy to get to all of our favorite restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend staying at Maison Moon! We loved everything about our stay!

The carriage house is spacious and ideal for a small family or couple. The walk to the beach is beautiful and takes only about 6–7 minutes, which we loved.

The community is clean, peaceful, and full of friendly people.

I stayed with a group of 8 girls, and it truly couldn’t have been a better fit for us. The living area is large and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.

The home is relaxing, spotless, and simply beautiful. I would highly recommend this property—you won’t regret it!
