Set in Seagrove Beach, Hobnob keeps things easy. Just 0.8 miles from Seaside’s Town Center, this modern two-level retreat brings together large, sunlit spaces and a fun, laid-back, poolside oasis.

The dreamy, private pool tends to steal the show, but the location? Prime! The beach is just 0.3 miles away at Scenic 395 access, and getting there is part of the fun. Grab one of the six bikes or hop on the 6-seater golf cart.

Inside, the mood is relaxed and comfortable. Natural light fills the main living area, with plenty of room to gather, stretch out, or disappear into the sunroom. The space works well for slow mornings and late-night conversations.

The kitchen is packed with all the essentials and ready for real use: morning coffee at the bar, easy lunches, and dinners that turn into long, relaxed evenings. Two dining tables, each seating six, make group meals feel oh-so-easy. Upstairs, a kitchenette adds a little more flexibility.

Five bedrooms and three full baths (plus two half baths) give everyone their own corner to unwind. The second-floor primary suite has a soaking tub, private balcony, and its own laundry. There’s also a second living area upstairs, stocked with books and games.

Outside, the gorgeous space rounds things out nicely: a gas grill for dinners at home, an outdoor shower for sandy returns, and that pool waiting whenever you are.
