The living room includes a twin chair pull-out and a large TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach.
Towards the back of the home, you'll find two primary bedrooms with king-sized beds, TVs, and private baths. Both rooms have direct access to the back porch, offering a lovely view of the pool.

Private,spacious house, near to beach and Seaside amenities. Very nice screened front and back porch with pool and landscaped back yard gave the family lots of places to spread out. The bikes made getting around very easy even to the grocery store was less than a mile. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood setting, not far from the beach. We rented a golf cart which worked perfectly with the distance from the beach. It was a little bit of a walk if you had lots of extras.
Upon arrival, the home seemed older than the pictures and descriptions portrayed. It was mostly very clean but had some stained furniture and mold in the grout of the shower tile.
The outdoor furniture is dated, stained, and torn in places.
The pool was to be clean & ready for us upon our arrival but was dirty and cold instead. Alge was growing in the pool and no jets running. It took until Tuesday of our trip for it to get cleaned and back up and running. Even after being “fixed”, the heater made broken clattering sounds & wouldn’t regulate a steady temperature. Online pictures also portray that you have a hot tub and pool option which is not the case. The whole pool is heated as one intently which we felt was misleading.
Beds & linens were clean and comfortable.

A great experience. The house is exactly as described/pictured. Very clean and well appointed, everything we needed for our stay. The bikes were a nice benefit for some who preferred not to walk to the beach, which is pretty close by. The pool was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Cool house, great location for beach access and close to Seaside/Watercolor. House is on a dead end street so very little traffic, quiet spot. 5 minute bike ride to public beach access. 5 minute bike ride to Seaside. Maybe a 10 minute bike ride to the grocery store. 2 bedrooms overlook the pool/patio area. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything except seasonings. We enjoyed our stay and would come here again.

Great location! We did opt for a golf cart (through a company La Dolce Vita) just for ease but it is totally walkable. Probably 5-7 minutes. They had bikes but we didn‚’t use them! Clean house with most amenities. Make sure to bring all the things you‚’ll need to cook with the exception of pots and pans, plates/bowls/glasses, and flatware. Had to run to the store to grab basics like oil and salt and pepper. Pool is much smaller than the photos let on, but good enough for a midday float. Oversee was very responsive when we needed the propane tank to the grill replaced! Overall would stay here again!

We had a great stay! The ocean was rough during our trip, so we were glad to have such a cozy home base. The beds are Super comfortable! Love all of the natural lighting. I wish the pool pump ran more often because the pool got murky by the end of our trip. The pump didn’t seem to run very often? One suggestion would be to add a few privacy light filters in the top bedroom windows, as the taller houses on the back and side can see directly into these areas. Loved sitting on the porches and the open living space! The property manager was very responsive.

Great location, works well for a family of four or two couples. It’s an easily walk to the beach and the bikes make a ride into Seaside quick and enjoyable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Oversee does a great job of supplying the renter with starter items, laundry detergent included. We wish that the spa could be used on the pool but we were told that it is just an overflow spa and can’t operate as a hot tub. Super bummed, because the ocean water was cold and we wanted to warm up each day.

The location was great- everything was super clean and convenient. I loved the screened in porch that basically wrapped all the way around the house. It wasn’t the nicest place we have stayed but I would stay there again. Great price too

Oversee’s property, “Special Purpose” was extraordinary. Beautifully designed, open, close to everything, and yet so private and quiet. No traffic on this deadend street. Perfect Vacation. I have to return because the bar has been set high with this place!

Excellent house for a family of 4 with your own private pool and set up. The house is beautiful, several screened in porches, bikes, TV options, and all the dishes you need. It’s a 2 min bike ride to the beach (San Juan). Use Santa Clara Beach for more parking options which is 1 block from San Juan Beach.
