At Soleil 30A, welcome to an impeccably maintained, first-floor condo with doors that open straight to a Gulf-front balcony. Morning coffee, easy refills, long conversations, and sunsets all happen right here. Recently updated and thoughtfully designed, the space feels fresh, fun, and relaxed: ideal for a couple, a small family, or a few friends who travel light and settle in quickly.

The kitchen flows into the living area, where the view does most of the work.

Doors open wide to the balcony, keeping the sound of the water close. Sleeping is simple: a queen bedroom with its own TV, plus a bunk nook with two twins.

First-floor access means no stairs from the private gated parking for one vehicle. Soleil 30A is made for slowing down. Spend the day on the beach or head out to nearby restaurants and shops. Not built for big groups or packed schedules, just great views, easy days, and a spot on the sand that feels like your own. Long-term renters (2 weeks+) are welcome and will receive special pricing consideration.

Seagrove Beach is a charming, laid-back coastal community along Florida’s Scenic Highway 30A, renowned for its sugar-white sand, emerald-clear water, coastal dune lakes, and dense oak, magnolia, and hickory trees. Established in the 1940s, it offers a mix of old Florida cottages and modern luxury homes. If you want to rent a bike and hit the trails, the popular Timpoochee Trail is a must-see. With 18.5 miles of dune lakes and gorgeous nature, slow down and let your senses guide your discovery.

Oversee 30A keeps things running smoothly, with a spotless home, thoughtful touches, and a local team available seven days a week.

Soleil 30A is the perfect getaway for a couple! The condo is beautifully renovated, thoughtfully decorated, and offers breathtaking views. We especially loved the private beach and the gorgeous French doors that open onto the balcony, creating the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!

This place was amazing! So many great things to say about it. The private beach and the beachside view from the balcony were our favorites. The amenities inside were great. The kitchen had plenty of gear for us to prep food and drinks. The living area was cozy and my wife was happy there were a couple throws there to cuddle up under while she read her book. The condo was surprisingly quiet inside. We didn’t hear other neighbors only the breaking waves of the ocean. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Off 30A and on a dead end street was perfect. 30A can get busy with traffic so we were very happy to be off the main drag and still within walking distance to some of the best restaurants the area has to offer. 10 out of 10 stay and would recommend to anyone. Will be booking again.

The beach is literally right outside the back door. The balcony is private. The unit is perfect for two people. The only upgrade needed is the bed. It’s not very comfortable. Very clean and close to everything.

The location was 10 out of 10. The main bed was decently comfortable after I removed the plastic pee cover on it that was loud and crinkly. The kids bunkbeds in the hallway were perfect! The washing machine did not work but only after getting my clothes all wet and soapy… I notified the owner and got a response that they would fix it for the guest after me since I was leaving the following day. I would definitely come back again, especially if the price was a little less.
