The heart of the residence is its chef's kitchen, complete with an extra-large island. A full wall of sliding doors opens to an expansive deck overlooking the pool. Whether you're savoring a gourmet meal or lounging in the sun, this space is designed for indulgence.
The outdoor area is a haven for relaxation and entertainment, the cozy living space gives parents a chance to unwind with a refreshing drink while keeping an eye on the kids splashing in the pool. The swaying hammocks, an invitation for a relaxing sway in the breeze.
Offering convenience, the first floor has a guest bedroom, king, the second floor, two additional bedrooms, kings.

A charming bar area welcomes you to the third floor, before leading to two more bedrooms. A guest room, queen, and a bunk room with four twins provide flexible sleeping arrangements for your group.

We had the most incredible stay at this stunning beach home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home itself is beautifully designed—spacious, spotless, and filled with high-end finishes that made it feel like a true luxury retreat.
The location couldn’t be better—peaceful and private, yet just minutes from great restaurants and local attractions. We spent our days lounging on the beach, relaxing by the pool, and enjoying a book on the deck in the evenings while listening to the waves.
Our host was responsive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. This was, without a doubt, one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. We’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing beach escape!

Place was gorgeous and looked like the photos in the listing, although I don’t think the pictures did it justice. We took our family vacation during Spring break of all times so there were lots of people, but the house was private enough that we weren’t really affected by the noise. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and luxurious house. Conveniently located to where you can go by golf cart everywhere. Also a short walking distance to the beach once you find the public access. We ended up using the back patio for our wedding ceremony due to rain and it was gorgeous!

Great location! Pool is in the sun all day which is very nice. The house is cleaned immaculately inside but needs a little sprucing up around the pool. Set up is great and everyone has their space in a very sound proof home. I suggested they clean the slip-covers and I think they will get that done because they were very prompt and responsive to any concerns. I would rent their again. I love that every bedroom (besides the great little bunk room) has a king bed. I recommend!

The home was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and s perfect for 8 guests. We each had our own space. Also the amenities (pool, covered out door space, grill, outside tv, pool, hammocks…. Nothing more you could ask for. Was perfect!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful extended Labor Day weekend vacation here! The home has a wonderful layout for a family with adult kids and grandchild – tons of space and privacy. The furnishings and bathrooms are perfect and kitchen is fabulous. Lots of places to sit and gather and eat for our family of 7. Fairly easy walk to beach and the beach is glorious! The neighborhood is tucked away off of 30A which I truly appreciate not having to cross over. We absolutely love having a house with a pool and this one does not disappoint as the pool is in a sunny and private part of the yard with lovely surroundings and plenty of places to lounge and sit around including hammocks that we all had to try! Outdoor shower is a nice plus!
We brought our own beach chairs since we drove down but anyone flying in would need to note there are no chairs or umbrellas at the house and would need to rent some. Having bikes to use is a necessity for our family so that was another wonderful feature!
