We stayed in a great house with a pool in Santa Rosa Beach. Everything was perfect. Support from Oversee was a text away and they were super responsive. We’re going back! Oversee is a top-notch, professional company. Recommend without reservstion!

Good Times and Tan Lines was the perfect home away from home for our family vacation. Oversee was extremely helpful prior to and during our stay. Oversee is attentive and clearly pays attention to every detail to provide the best experience. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of privacy for 4 couples. We loved the hammocks and sand area as well as the pool and outdoor fireplace. The wraparound screened in porch was the cherry on top. Just a quick bike ride to the beach, located in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. The entire experience was a 10/10, we will be back!

We had the most incredible stay at this stunning beach home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home itself is beautifully designed—spacious, spotless, and filled with high-end finishes that made it feel like a true luxury retreat.
The location couldn’t be better—peaceful and private, yet just minutes from great restaurants and local attractions. We spent our days lounging on the beach, relaxing by the pool, and enjoying a book on the deck in the evenings while listening to the waves.
Our host was responsive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. This was, without a doubt, one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. We’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing beach escape!

This location was everything our family needed and more! Pool, big beautiful rooms, huge screened in porch with sliding doors to inside that we enjoyed so much. The only thing I‚’ll note is the primary suite closet was not used for guests so if you have a long stay with multiple families, there‚’s no where in that room to hang clothes. The beach access was a little complicated with the standing water at the recommended access point but once we figured out our route it worked out well! Just a lot to do with kids and beach gear/wagons. However it was still walkable and overall great!

The parking was so convenient for 3 vehicles and we loved the bikes.
The beach access was very close and convenient, especially with toddlers in tow. It is lake access but we never had difficulty crossing as it was never above waist height and was not at all a taxing journey.

We recently stayed at this vacation home and were very pleased with the property itself. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a great area‚Äîperfect for our trip. However, our experience with the management company left something to be desired. Upon arrival, we found there were few of the basic amenities you come to expect when renting a house on 30A, ie no extra trash bags, salt/pepper, etc. This was definitely inconvenient but nothing we couldn‚’t solve on our own. These are items that are not promised, but makes it more convenient esp when paying 30A prices. Additionally, a package I had delivered to the management office ( Per their instructions) on the day of our arrival was not brought to the house as promised, despite multiple reminders. While the home itself was lovely, the management company was not very responsive or effective in addressing our needs. If the management improves, this would is an ideal place to stay.

This house is well setup with plenty of space for a large group/family. The kitchen/ living area offers many seating options and in addition you have the screened porch. The kitchen is well equipped and the outside bbq is a great addition if you like to cook at the house.The large backyard has many options to entertain any age group. The house is a short walk to the beach (we preferred the Ramsgate beach access). We’ll definitely keep this property on our list.

Place was gorgeous and looked like the photos in the listing, although I don’t think the pictures did it justice. We took our family vacation during Spring break of all times so there were lots of people, but the house was private enough that we weren’t really affected by the noise. Would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable and luxurious house. Conveniently located to where you can go by golf cart everywhere. Also a short walking distance to the beach once you find the public access. We ended up using the back patio for our wedding ceremony due to rain and it was gorgeous!

Great location! Pool is in the sun all day which is very nice. The house is cleaned immaculately inside but needs a little sprucing up around the pool. Set up is great and everyone has their space in a very sound proof home. I suggested they clean the slip-covers and I think they will get that done because they were very prompt and responsive to any concerns. I would rent their again. I love that every bedroom (besides the great little bunk room) has a king bed. I recommend!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful extended Labor Day weekend vacation here! The home has a wonderful layout for a family with adult kids and grandchild – tons of space and privacy. The furnishings and bathrooms are perfect and kitchen is fabulous. Lots of places to sit and gather and eat for our family of 7. Fairly easy walk to beach and the beach is glorious! The neighborhood is tucked away off of 30A which I truly appreciate not having to cross over. We absolutely love having a house with a pool and this one does not disappoint as the pool is in a sunny and private part of the yard with lovely surroundings and plenty of places to lounge and sit around including hammocks that we all had to try! Outdoor shower is a nice plus!
We brought our own beach chairs since we drove down but anyone flying in would need to note there are no chairs or umbrellas at the house and would need to rent some. Having bikes to use is a necessity for our family so that was another wonderful feature!
