In the heart of the charming Seagrove Beach area, welcome to Sweet Lu-Sea, a newly built, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, just steps away from the picturesque Eastern Lake.

To make your stay even sweeter, take advantage of the three complementary bikes, your ticket to easy exploration of the local area. Plus, you're just a short stroll away from the pristine shores of Eastern Lake and the Gulf!

Outside, a tranquil oasis awaits. Sip your morning coffee on the front porch, or unwind after a day at the beach, as you fire up the grill for a delightful outdoor barbecue.

Inside, the second-floor primary bedroom, king, with luxury private bath, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The second bedroom has two comfortable queen beds. The second-floor hallway features a whimsical bunk bed nook, with two twin beds.

Sweet Lu-Sea provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

The living room on the first floor is bathed in natural light, with large windows framing the beauty of Seagrove Beach. Complete with modern appliances and a breakfast bar, the deluxe kitchen, along with the dining room, is ideal for family gatherings.

Seagrove Beach offers the perfect blend of serene coastal beauty and vibrant community life. With the beach and the lush dune lakes, there are endless opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Our place was well taken care of. The location was perfect, nestled away on a quiet woodsy street. The bikes were appreciated to help get to the beach, dinner, and ice cream! The starter packs were generous. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful new beach house! The home is pristine, brand-new amenities and decorated beautifully! We loved that the home came with its very own golf cart and was just an easy 5min walk down the road to the beach. The home felt private with all the trees surrounding it, we loved the front porch to enjoy our morning cup of coffee and the neighborhood was very peaceful and lovely. The home itself had everything that we needed, and we felt like it gave us everything and more to enjoy a wonderful time on 30A. Thank you!!
