The 37th Annual Sandestin Gumbo Festival, a popular winter event, is returning, offering attendees the chance to sample various gumbos and vote for the "People's Choice" winner. Judges will also select the "Area's Best" based on criteria like dark or light roux, and ingredients such as chicken, sausage, or seafood. The festival will feature Gulf Coast restaurants, live music, and activities for children.
