The experience centers around the balconies. They offer the perfect vantage point for checking the swim activity at the pool or simply admiring the Gulf in the distance with a quiet coffee before the day begins.

No schedules. No rush. Just good days unfolding naturally.

Inside, the main living area lives on the second floor, where the kitchen and living space set the tone for long dinners, movie nights, and the kind of relaxation that turns into a hobby. Sunlight pours through the doors leading to the larger balcony, keeping the space bright from morning to night.

The kitchen pulls its weight with ample space to keep the company lively. Above, a spiral staircase leads to the third-level loft, a dedicated hideaway with a twin bed and trundle, plus its own private balcony—perfect for soaking up the view when the sky starts doing its evening thing.
