Good Life at the C is a spectacular beach house with a private screened-in pool and carriage house. It rests in the residential community of Seacrest East, with miles of jogging and bike trails. The area is quiet and relaxing but close to the restaurants and shops of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach.
The wonderful screened-in pool area, with lounge chairs, has a gas grill. Beautifully decorated, the home is just a short walk to a deeded beach access. The expansive porches offer 180-degree gulf views from the top floor.

Inside, the open living area is inviting and bright, with lots of seating. The fully stocked kitchen is a cook's delight with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinets.
The home sleeps 12 and has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, including two large primary bedrooms, kings. Each with a private bath and includes a walk-in shower and double vanity. A kid's den is ideal for watching TV and movies.
Also included: Wi-fi, 6 TVs, 3 refrigerators, 2 Keurig machines, and a built-in ice machine. Ideal for the kids, or a second family, the carriage house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, another great kitchen, and a living area.

The carriage house was great for my daughter , son in law and grand children. They had their own space but still able to join the activities in the main house and pool. Clean accommodations. Good location. We received timely responses to questions before and during the stay.

Couldn‚’t ask for a better place just to relax and go see the sites had a lot of things close by to visit and see close to the beach to go out there and then just enjoy the pool beautiful place. Highly recommend anybody renting this place. Quiet neighborhood just very enjoyable.

We had a wonderful extended family vacation at this special property. We loved the crow’s nest view of the ocean, the leisurely lounging around the immaculate pool area and the morning walks on the Santa Rosa beach. We loved exploring contiguous beaches such as Rosemary and Seaside. The property has been well-maintained and was everything described as such. It actually exceeded our expectations. Check-in and Check-out procedures were seamless and communications were clear. We would definitely recommend this property to families. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely setting. Private and separated from the neighboring homes. Both houses had up to date furnishings and elegant kitchens and bathrooms. Great mattresses on all beds. The pool was lovely. The walk to the beach was about two short blocks. There is a wide shoulder on the road 30 A to park your car to unload and drive back home. A path and wooden steps then lead you to the most beautiful white sand and clear blue water beach I have ever seen. The rental company was spot on to any of our needs.
