These events raise money for local charities while promoting health and fitness. To date, the series has raised over $850,000 for their charity partners, aiding local families and children in need. The festivities invite runners of all ages and abilities and include a DJ, local vendors, and a post-race celebration featuring breakfast and a complimentary Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar. Participants will receive a commemorative super soft race shirt and an iconic medal. The Thanksgiving Day Race Series offers two days of activities with a 10K, 5K, and 1-mile run/walk, providing a distance for every ability. Attendees are encouraged to participate in all the festivities. Voted one of the top 10 turkey trots in the South by Southern Living Magazine, the 30A 10K is renowned for its flat and scenic route along 30A.
