c. Two primary bedrooms with King Beds, and ensuite bath, including dual vanities, a large soaking tub, and luxe multi-head shower. These spacious bedrooms are furnished with elegant, coastal vibe, antique furniture that is truly one of a kind. Each primary bedroom has its own private veranda to enjoy your morning coffee.
d. 1 bedroom with Queen bed, furnished with gorgeous, coastal vibe, antique furniture. Also, includes private ensuite bath with dual vanity.

Great house with bathroom for every room bring your sleeping masks as rooms are bright when sun comes up. Golf cart is handy for the house in the highlands to go to pool and beach and restaurants nearby

Great house every bedroom has its full size own bathroom which is huge in our family. So glad the hosue came with a golf cart and to be honest besides all the bathrooms this is why I booked it to get on the golf cart ride to the beach or restaurants. We took three cars it was a tight squeeze in the driveway but it worked. Would stay here again. The company was very responsive to our needs and concerns. Also I don‚’t know if it was mentioned in the listing but the outdoor area outback was my favorite and very peaceful there is a grill that‚’s hooked up to a gas line so no need to worry about running out of gas while grilling , that was great

We love the location and the cozy feel of the house. This trip was special because our daughter is leaving for college in a couple weeks and our son surprised us out of the blue so my wife and I had our entire family together for the week. The golf cart was a huge help to and from the beach and local restaurants and the location was quiet and quaint, which allowed for us to unwind, relax and make memories for a lifetime

We stayed at Veni Vidi Beachy during the beginning of September 2024. The home was very clean, roomy and tastefully decorated. (Beachy, but not over the top.) The kitchen was stocked well with pots, pans, blender, toaster, utensils, dishware, etc., but it would have been nice to have even a little bit of items like aluminum foil, saran wrap and a few baggies. The TV cable went out while we were there, but a text message to Oversee gave us a very quick response in how we might be able to fix it. If not, they offered to send someone out to fix it, but fortunately that was not necessary. Restaurants and the beach were a short car ride away. The only real complaint we had was it rained almost all week, but of course the only one to blame for that is Mother Nature. I’m sure future guests will enjoy their stay at VVB!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this home, the third with Oversee. Each time we’ve had an amazing time. The house is great for our family, close to the beach, and lots of restaurants.
Oversee was very good to work with. We had issues where the bunk beds had a broken slat on them. Oversee fixed them quickly, and with minimal impact to our vacation.
We are already looking at booking this stay again next year.

We enjoyed our 5 nights in Santa Rosa Beach! The house and pool were amazing! Using the golf cart for beach access and rides to dinners was just what we needed! Was a wonderful stay!

This house was amazing, lots of open space for gathering and also plenty of privacy with each bedroom having its own bath. We spent quite a bit of time out by the firepit also. The location was great, close to the beach & restaurants. The neighborhood pool and hot tub area was quiet & clean.

What a great home with lots of space! Two king masters one on each floor was great for my husband and I who like being on the main floor! Equipped with everything you need! Oversee was great! Our grandchildren loved the foosball table! The location was a short golf cart ride to the beach and once we figured out where to park it was great! The pool is large and plenty of room for the subdivision. The only downside was the golf cart was hard to get in and out because parking is so limited. We had to move cars in and out constantly but that was a small price to pay for this perfect home!

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The house had more than enough room and seating for a large family. The golf cart provided was a convenient and short drive to the beach. Additionally, house was located near a number of unique restaurants that we enjoyed. We cooked a few meals at the house and felt that the kitchen was stocked with great serving platters and cooking supplies. Overall, I loved staying at this property and my stay was very relaxing.

Ven Vidi Beachy was a wonderful choice for our two families. We had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the golf cart which was a life saver when going to the beach and the kids enjoyed the bikes. We didn’t have any trouble finding parking for the beach which was life-saving on those hot July days! I would very much recommend you check out this property!

The house was larger than the pictures made it seem. Was very comfortable and homey. The distance to the beach was about a 5 minute drive on the golf cart. There was always plenty of parking. Would very much rent this location again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house and location worked perfectly for our family. The neighborhood was nice and quite too. The home was clean and was stock with everything you need the pool area was beautiful.

Our big group had plenty of room and thus house was so nice! A couple of maintenance issues but otherwise excellent shape. We walked to the pool, golf cart to beach and had a wonderful time. Location was great and community upscale! Only thing lacking was a playground for the kiddos. Hope to visit again!

We stayed in Veni Vidi Beach June 2021.Pros: Comfortable beds, appliances and kitchen supplies were top quality, Great open living and kitchen for large families, golf cart was in great shape, the garage was great for storing our chairs and toys, large closets, great neighborhood, great pool area and great management company.Cons: driveway was narrow but was one of the best driveways in the neighborhood we just had to be creative, laundry room is upstairs but not a huge deal, limited storage for food because the kitchen was stocked up with supplies (so is that really a con?)we had double red flags most of the week and had to use the pool. It was a great pool area and the people were very friendly.

We had such a wonderful, it was a great location for everything. The pool was beautiful, the kids love going for a swim daily, it was close enough but not too close. Same with the beach, it was so nice having the golf cart to go back and forth with, so you didn’t have to worry about sand in your car. The beach was Close enough but not too close to feel like the sand was always coming in and out with the kids:). The house is even more beautiful in person. It was perfect amd met all our needs. Can’t wait to come back again.
