Absolutely beautiful home! Advertises accurately. Well accommodating home with golf cart, bikes, grill, cornhole, community pool and nearby ice cream store. Loved it!

We loved the location of this rental and it was perfect size for our family of 4! The hosts were very responsive and easy to get ahold of. They stocked the house with the essentials we might of needed for the first few days and even provided a cute set of beach towels as a welcome gift. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We loved having a garage to store our beach chairs and other equipment. We had an issue with the washing machine but our host was quick to offer to launder our clothes as a solution and had them back that same day! My only critiques is that the home interior may need to be fully repainted instead of just touch ups and maybe new bedroom linens but I also realize that it is the end of season so things may not be as sparkly and new as the beginning of season. Minor suggestions and neither affected the delightful stay! Overall we had a fabulous time and would rebook this home or others in this area. The property management company Oversee was wonderful as well.

Very clean and great location close to the pool for the kids. The dishes were all glass which made it hard for the kids to use so we didn’t break anything. Overall a great stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and well decorated which made it very easy to relax and enjoy. The balcony was also well cleaned…so you can enjoy it! I must say the property manager for this home was amazing. I stayed at a different property a month ago managed by Vacasa Florida and it was horrible…did not resolve anything! Do not stay at a property managed by them…it was truly awful! Oversee was very responsive and resolved the issues we had immediately. Oh and the amenities were nice.. I will definitely stay here again!

Overall our stay was good. The location was convenient and very affordable. Having The Big Chill right across the street is so nice with having little ones and needing easy and fast food/entertainment options. The community pool was great too!
The issues we experienced were more functional/cosmetic. We messaged pretty quickly about the floors being dirty & it was responded too quickly. The kitchen has minimal cooking items so bring your own everything if you’re like us & plan to actually use the kitchen a lot! The exhaust hood doesn’t work so it caused a lot of smoky cooking – and it just needs a good deep cleaning, but overall it was a good stay for the price.

Had a great stay here!! Really great neighborhood that is nestled right between Rosemary and Seaside. Location is close to coffee and food, which we loved. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and spacious! Only downside was trying to get to the beach. There are a few public beaches nearby, but they have very little parking. Just know you need to go before 10AM to get a spot! Only other small complaint is that the rugs and fabric furniture are in need of a good cleaning or time to be replaced. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great place!! Great location. Right in the middle of 30a. Everything is so close. The place is pretty new , right next to the pool and the restaurants across the street. We enjoyed the bikes , and the master bath is huge . It was perfect for my family of 5.

This place was perfect for our family of 5. It was right across from the huge pool in the complex, walking distance from The Big Chill which had great restaurants, bars, daily activities for children and some cute little shops. Other cute beach town’s were a quick golf cart ride away as well as beach access at Deer Lake. We will definitely be coming back to 30A and definitely be looking for more Oversee properties. THANK YOU!!!

Property was as advertised. Only downfall was the pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable. Neighborhood was very inviting with a wonderful clean pool. Short walk to the Hub, a great place for young kids to be entertained. Close proximity to several public beaches and parks.

We had a wonderful time in this property. Everything is as advertised. Great kitchen, appliances and good sized bedrooms with a very nice master bath. Unfortunately, we had 4 days of rain in our 6 days so we didn’t get the best beach experience. A few things I was a bit disappointed in, there is no direct beach access from this property. Also, the garage had no outside opener (even though they code for it is provided in the check-in docs) and you have to hold the button in in order to close the door. Other than those minor items, it was a great place to stay and if I were staying in this area I would definitely stay here. Once again, my only major issue is there is no direct access to the beach.

We absolutely love the 30a area and where we stayed this time in Watersound was amazing. The Hub across from our condo was the perfect blend to a beautiful vacation. Excellent food and shopping within walking distance. Immaculate condo with an relaxing pool area. Ready for my next trip already.

Our first vacation in the area… condo is exactly as described in the website. Management personal very friendly, excellent customer care. The condo is in a great location, but we recommend to rent a golf cart, they are accesible everywhere in the area and easy to park. We enjoyed Seaside area for lunch hour. And now we have another favorite restaurant, la Crema at Rosemary Beach..

This condo was the perfect size for 4 people, with the rooms on opposite sides. The kitchen and living area very nice with a great balcony. I loved the fact that there were beach toys, and bikes, though we did not have time to ride bikes. I would suggest adding beach towels and a small cooler to the list of equipment. The beach that was close is beautiful.

Wonderful place and would definitely stay again. We brought family of 5 wife, grandparents my son and daughter and plenty of room to spread out. Townhome is well layed out especially the kitchen area. Cooked breakfast each dayThe location is excellent …we really enjoyed the Hub next door for football games and food selection (however they will gauge you on prices) and the community pool was very enjoyable for the little ones. I highly recommend this rental.

My wife and I have vacationed up and down 30A for the past 12 years. We’ve stayed in small condos to large houses with a variety of rental agencies. Oversee has by far been the best to work with. The unit is by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in bar none. Everything is in there that you could possibly want to make your stay wonderful. The master bed was comfortable (as was the guest). The master bath with walk-in shower was phenomenal. Both toilets were the tall kind rather which honestly is great especially when you’re tall. While there is a shuttle to the beach while you are in-season, we stayed when it wasn’t in service. Two access points are pretty close to go to in terms of a very short drive or longish walk. We’re no really beach people–rather spending our time by the amazing zero-entry pool: comfortable seating, BBQ area and very clean restrooms with showers. I was blown away how clean it all was.This unit is a great value. Those with mobility issues should take note that you climb a flight of stairs (with landing) in order to reach the living area. A rail is on the right for the first section, and on the left for the second half up.

This was a great rental! It was so clean & the decor was fresh & beachy! It is right across from the Hub, restaurants, music & outdoor area. It’s also right by the pool. The Deer lake beach access is an easy bike ride away. Or a quick drive which is what we did since we have 3 small kids & wanted to be able to pull our wagon full of toys. It was a perfect stay, great location!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the condo’s newness and cleanliness. The pool was never crowded and the distance from the beach was not an issue. We simply loaded up the car and went to Deer Lake State Park (right down the road)for a quiet, peaceful beach location for $3/day per car. My only complaint was the dump truck noise right outside our condo. It would start as early as 6 AM and last all day. Because this condo is located on the very end, the trucks would wake us up first thing in the morning. It probably ended around 6 PM. We do plan to return again as we really like this 30A area and these particular condos.

We had a wonderful vacation! It was our first time at 30A and staying at 12 Milestone Dr C. You definitely want to plan ahead if you have littles. It’s too far to ride bikes to the only beach the shuttle will take you to. There is a beach at Dear Lake, but too long of a walk down the pier and no lifeguards! Our best beach day was driving to Seaside, park in the town square parking lot and walk across the street and down the pier behind shops. Rent chairs/umbrella and be right near the water. The condo is decorated beautifully, great AC and patio. The Hub across the street was a lot of fun, overpriced food/drinks, but eat and then go over and listen to some music/watch movies.
