Welcome to Oh Suzanna, an Old-Florida-style beach retreat. Complete with a private heated pool on a large private lot, you’ll love the blend of old Seagrove and modern comforts.

The charming home rests between Seagrove and Seaside, providing endless opportunities for exploring the area on bike - cruise to four-star restaurants in flip-flops, and check out Seaside’s unique boutiques, wonderful eateries, and delightful tree-lined avenues.

Plus, the Scenic 395 Beach Access is just a short (.25 mile) walk away, perfect for leisurely strolls to the soft white sand. Simply gorgeous, you’ve waited all year for this.
After your adventures, unwind in your private oasis, a truly incredible space! Complete with a large private pool, fire pit(!), gas grill, hot tub/spa, and a screened-in back porch. Very nice.

Inside, this coral and blue jewel, a very unique and charming home, features a cozy living area with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests.

Your single-level getaway includes a primary ensuite, king, a guest room, king, and a charming bunk room with 4 twins.

The living room sofa transforms into an extra bed for added flexibility.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation house! The place was very clean and well-maintained, with a welcoming, kid-friendly atmosphere. We had a great trip with our family. My kids (3,5) loved the bunk beds and the pool. The house was in a great location and we rented a golf cart to get most places. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, our stay was nice. The house was cute and clean. Check in and check out were easy. The host was nice and communicated in a timely manner. The pool and hot tub were great. The house was not too far from things to do, just a quick walk or bike ride away. Our family of 5 had a nice vacation!
Only 1 thing—It was disappointing to arrive to our vacation home to find out that there was construction actively going on right next door to built a new house. Our porch view was an outhouse. Now there are a lot of tear down and rebuilds going on in the area. It’s gonna happen, I get it. Frustrating nonetheless.

We had an amazing stay with Oversee, they really knew how to pamper us! When we arrived late to our beach house they had already lit the lights, set music playing and left gifts for us. The communication during the rest of the stay was just as high quality! Can’t wait to come back next year!

We absolutely enjoyed it so much! We will definitely be coming back time and time again! So close to 38, Seaside, grocery store and great restaurants! Easy drive to Rosemary Beach and Panama City! Such an absolutely adorable house and we loved the pool!
