The charming community offers two swimming pools. One is heated seasonally, between Feb 01 - April 15. Enjoy the two lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, as well as an ample community grilling area.
Bike through the trails, relax on the beach, take a dip in the pool, your day is wide open. Ride (or stroll) to the eateries and shops found in nearby Seaside and Rosemary Beach.
Newly renovated, this cute, first-floor condo has a beautiful living room space, with a bunk nook and two oversized twin beds, perfect for the kids.
The primary bedroom, king, shares the hallway bath. The large, covered porch off the living room seats 4. And the cozy kitchen has plenty of counter space for preparing meals or snacks for the beach.
Biking, hiking, paddleboarding, canoeing, kayaking, or simply lounging on the pristine beaches, Go Coastal is a great home base to explore all the 30A’s magic.

Attendees can indulge in lite bites from Seagrove Village Market Café, Watersound Village Market, and Surfing Deer, as well as holiday-themed drinks by Tipsy Mule. Adding to the festive atmosphere, Lachlan Woodson, a local typewriter poet, will create personalized poems for guests. The Emerald Coast Theatre Company carolers will provide timeless holiday tunes as visitors discover Clay's collection of wintering plants, statement planters, outdoor décor, and giftable items. If guests wish to eat from the normal dinner menu, it is suggested to make a reservation between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM to allow enough time to finish dinner before the show. The menu includes a choice of soup or salad: Gulf Coast She Crab Soup with Blue Crab Flitters, or Legacy Hydroponic Red Romaine Caesar Salad with Crispy Pecorino Romano Croutons.
