We give full refunds for cancellations outside of 60 days from check-in (for some homes, 30 days). Please refer to each home regarding its specific policy. Some OTA’s (VRBO, Airbnb, etc.) may require different cancellation policies. Please refer to those if you have booked our properties through their sites.
Payment
50% is due at time of booking, remaining balance is due 60 days from check-in (some homes are 30-days). To know which, please refer to that home’s cancellation policy. We accept all major credit cards.

A Chores Artist will travel to the group's house or Airbnb between Inlet Beach and Blue Mountain Beach to host an in-person craft night, with the address verified beforehand. Participants can choose their preferred craft, and the team will manage the rest, including all supplies, setup, and cleanup. Craft options include Beach Textured Art, Macrame Cord Christmas Trees, and Neutral Textured Art Set. Personalized or customized crafts are also available upon request. The Chores Artist ensures a stress-free experience by handling all setup and cleanup. The price is $89 per person, with a minimum of four participants required. Address verification is necessary before finalizing the booking. Full payment is required at the time of booking, with a full refund available for cancellations made more than seven days in advance, a 50% refund for cancellations up to 48 hours before the event, and no refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
