Flamingo Blue brings the vacation vibes with wraparound porches, a private pool, and Gulf views that make everything feel just a little bit better. Recently renovated and right off 30A, this four-bedroom home is just a short stroll from the beach and some local food favorites. Stinky’s Fish Camp, anyone?

The first floor has three bedrooms: a primary suite with its own fireplace and private bath, another primary bedroom with a view of 30A, and a fun bunkroom with two twin-over-twin bunks and a trundle bed. There's even a mini breakfast bar in the hallway, complete with a fridge, microwave, sink, and ice maker, great for coffee runs or poolside drinks.

The second floor is bright, open, and made for laid-back living. Gulf views surround the dining area, kitchen, and a queen bedroom, so no matter where you’re hanging out, the backdrop delivers.

Lounge on the porch, float in the pool, or take a slow walk to the beach.

Gulf Place is nearby with shopping, dining, and events if you're feeling social, but Flamingo Blue is just as perfect for a quiet, stay-put kind of day.

At Oversee 30A, we’re locals who care about the details—from clean homes to quick replies. Our team is close by, available seven days a week, and ready to help if anything comes up—even after hours.

The location was great. Only a few steps from the beach. Our family loved the house, the host was very responsive when i asked questions. I would definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you overseas

Home was clean and plenty of room for our group of 9. Was right below beach access ramps. Had some issues with door code, and internet connection but they where promptly handled. Private pool came in very handy, do to Tropical Storm and not being able to get into the ocean. Would definitely recommend to others.

The house was perfect for our group of 9. Had a few hiccups to start out with. We were given the wrong key code for the front door and the Wi-Fi was out. However, we called the property manager and the issues were resolved promptly. Great location, could watch the waves coming in from the second floor. Had to take advantage of the private pool, do to the double red flags closing the beach because of Tropical Storm Bertha. Well definitely be checking for availability for another stay.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean, had amazing space, lots of bathrooms and the location to the beach was great. Oversee was a great host; they answered all of my questions in a timely manner and were very friendly. Santa Rosa Beach is beautiful.

We absolutely loved the location. It’s right on 30A, everything was so close, especially the beach, which made our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The property itself was great and had a lot to offer.

One suggestion for improvement would be to better stock the kitchen. A few more pans and basic kitchen essentials would make it much easier for guests who plan to cook during their stay. It would also be helpful to have a broom available so guests can tidy up throughout their visit.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again!
