We have visited Beachcrest Condos at Seacrest Beach many times over the years and have used the the other company many times with excellent service. This was our first with Oversee Properties. The property mgr we worked with was Joey and from the first hello to the last phone call to him he was always pleasant,prompt in returning my calls, solved every question or need we had in our one week stay! We just felt really taken care of and he gets 10 plus stars from us! Because of him we will rent from this company again for our beach stays. Thank you Joey and all of the staff at Oversee!

Beautiful condo exactly as described in description and worth the price. Peaceful beach, easy access by stairs for guests. Quick elevator waits but being on the second floor made it handy to grab the stairs up or down.

We enjoyed our stay here in room 202 for 4 nights! The view is gorgeous and the elevators were fast. The beds were comfy too. We had an issue with our water being turned off for part of 1 day for a maintenance issue, but the hosts made it right by giving us a small refund for our inconvenience. Thanks!

Lovely stay on 30A!! Beautiful view, very well stocked kitchen and a fantastic array of pillows on the beds are just a few of the things that made this trip perfect. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect Beach Getaway for Two!My husband and I spent a weekend here for a quick beach getaway, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The condo is right on the beach, and parking was a breeze ‚Äî no cumbersome parking decks or long walks. We were on the 2nd floor, and even though our balcony overlooked the pool, we didn‚’t mind at all. We could still see the ocean and hear the waves from the room, which was so relaxing.Beach access was incredibly easy, and our rental even came with two chairs and an umbrella set up each day. Such a nice touch ‚Äî we didn‚’t have to worry about carrying anything down! Just note that the beach service takes the chairs up around 5 PM, so if you want to sit out later to watch the sunset, you might want to bring your own chairs.We also loved how close it was to Seaside town center ‚Äî only about 1.5 miles away. One day we took a midday walk up to town for lunch (you could also rent a bike or golf cart) and enjoyed one of the beachside restaurants.Overall, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing couples getaway ‚Äî convenient, peaceful, and just the right mix of comfort and location. We‚’ll definitely be back! October may be my new favorite time of year to go !

I thought the property was true as the picture. The stair wells were probably the only thing that needed more light and cleaned up. We prefer to use the stairs. Other than that I would definitely stay again. I wish there was a dresser in the other bedroom, and a vanity in the extra bathroom. Need a little something to put your belongings. But other than that It was perfect.
