Welcome to Beachcrest 202! This bright and airy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the second floor offers a front-row seat to the gorgeous emerald waters of Seagrove Beach. Recently updated, it’s designed for comfort, relaxation, and a touch of luxury—all you need for a perfect getaway.

Step out onto the private balcony from the living room or the primary bedroom for unbeatable views and a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

The kitchen has a spacious island with seating for four, plenty of counter space, and everything you need for cooking up your favorite meals or gathering with friends and family.

Perfect Beach Getaway for Two!My husband and I spent a weekend here for a quick beach getaway, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The condo is right on the beach, and parking was a breeze ‚Äî no cumbersome parking decks or long walks. We were on the 2nd floor, and even though our balcony overlooked the pool, we didn‚’t mind at all. We could still see the ocean and hear the waves from the room, which was so relaxing.Beach access was incredibly easy, and our rental even came with two chairs and an umbrella set up each day. Such a nice touch ‚Äî we didn‚’t have to worry about carrying anything down! Just note that the beach service takes the chairs up around 5 PM, so if you want to sit out later to watch the sunset, you might want to bring your own chairs.We also loved how close it was to Seaside town center ‚Äî only about 1.5 miles away. One day we took a midday walk up to town for lunch (you could also rent a bike or golf cart) and enjoyed one of the beachside restaurants.Overall, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing couples getaway ‚Äî convenient, peaceful, and just the right mix of comfort and location. We‚’ll definitely be back! October may be my new favorite time of year to go !

I thought the property was true as the picture. The stair wells were probably the only thing that needed more light and cleaned up. We prefer to use the stairs. Other than that I would definitely stay again. I wish there was a dresser in the other bedroom, and a vanity in the extra bathroom. Need a little something to put your belongings. But other than that It was perfect.
