Customers at North Beach Social can place their paella orders at the counter, receive a ticket, and pick up their plates at the paella stand when service begins. Orders start at 5:30 PM CST, with service beginning at 7 PM CST, and are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Chef Joyce’s renowned paella recipe was developed while she was in Spain, and she has refined it over time, adding a panhandle flair. The dish uses chorizo instead of plain sausage, providing an extra spice kick, making it unsuitable for those who prefer milder food. North Beach Social patrons can place their paella orders and receive a ticket at the counter, then collect their plates at the paella stand when service starts. Customers at Farm & Fire have the option to order at their table or the bar, and the paella will be delivered to their table.

The Daytrader Tiki Bar & Restaurant is excited to announce the return of Miracle at The Daytrader for its third holiday season. It is the only Miracle Pop-Up location in Northwest Florida. Beginning Monday, November 17, Miracle at The Daytrader will feature over-the-top festive décor, nostalgic holiday themes, and unique Christmas-themed cocktails at the beloved seaside escape on 30A.
The Miracle concept originated in 2014 in New York City and has since expanded to more than 200 locations globally, including sites across the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Central America. The pop-up is known for its dazzling decorations, festive cheer, and collectible holiday glassware, making it a worldwide holiday tradition.
At The Daytrader, which was recently recognized as Best Cocktail Spot on 30A in the 2025 Hot Spot Awards and is led by James Beard Award semi-finalist Chef Nikhil Abuvala, guests can anticipate a tropical take on the holidays. This year’s menu introduces new drinks like the Dancing Sugarplums and Miracle Mouse, alongside returning favorites such as the Christmapolitan, Snowball Old-Fashioned, and Jingle Balls Nog. Limited-edition glassware will be available for purchase, including traditional festive items like Santa’s Head, SanTaRex, and Christmas Unicorn, as well as new seasonal designs.
From November 17 through December 31, both locals and visitors can enjoy a fully decorated Christmas experience at Miracle at The Daytrader, blending tiki culture with holiday kitsch.
