Chef Joyce developed her renowned recipe while in Spain, subsequently adapting it over the years to infuse a local flair. She incorporates chorizo instead of plain sausage, adding a spicy kick to the dish, which may not be suitable for those with a mild palate. North Beach Social customers can place their paella orders at the counter and receive a ticket. When service commences, they can collect their plates at the paella stand. Farm & Fire customers have the option to order at their table or at the bar, with the dish then being delivered table side.
