Chef Joyce's famous paella recipe features a Spanish influence enhanced over the years with panhandle flair, utilizing flavorful chorizo rather than plain sausage to give the dish a spicy kick. North Beach Social patrons can order at the counter to receive a ticket and collect their meals at the paella stand once service begins, while Farm & Fire guests can conveniently place orders at their table or the bar for tableside delivery.

Emerald Coast Theatre Company, in partnership with SEASIDE®, presents "The Great Seaside Treasure Hunt," a free, family-friendly interactive summer production held at the Seaside Amphitheater every Monday at 6 p.m. through August 3, with a special Fourth of July performance from 9 to 11 a.m. Written by ECTC founders Anna and Nathanael Fisher, the play blends live theater and local history, guiding audiences through clues and charming Southern characters to showcase the town's status as a top family vacation destination. The cast includes Maxwell Jenns-Binetti, Teresa Lombardi, Karly Johnson, and Lucca Bucalo playing various animated canine characters, under the direction of Trenton Bainbridge with creative designs by Rebeca Lake, Taylor Walker, and Ora Wolfgram. Organizers from both ECTC and the Seaside Community Development Corporation highlighted the collaboration as an educational and entertaining opportunity to celebrate the community's history and architectural principles, inviting both locals and tourists to enjoy an evening of music and storytelling.
