Sorta.
You may be relieved this isn’t another lighthearted and ‘entertaining’ exploration of the coffee scene on 30A. We won’t be introducing you to quirky coffee shops with funky decor, friendly baristas with a talent for latte art, or expert roasters who take pride in sourcing the best beans.
Of course, we have nothing against supporting a local java business that rants about the virtues of fair-trade, single-origin, freshly ground, artisanal coffee beans. We frequent these places daily.
Why schlep to a coffee shop when a beach house balcony calls?
But perhaps there’s a quicker, more convenient way to perk up in the a.m. It may not surprise you that Oversee 30A vacation rentals have coffee makers. But coffee too? Absolutely. And it’s pretty darn good!
Enjoying a great cup of mocha is not just about the beverage itself. It’s also about the ambiance, the surroundings, the perfect setting, etc, etc. Our top-notch beach homes offer you the chance to indulge in your morning ritual, in super delightful settings. Let’s take a look.
Santa Rosa Beach House on 30A
After breakfast in bed, step out onto the balcony and take in the views and sounds of the Gulf and The Topsail State Park. Surrounded by lush greenery, the home creates a peaceful oasis where you can relish your morning brew and soak in the tranquil surroundings. With the treetops as your backdrop, who needs a coffee shop when you can have your own personal haven? Very nice.
Into The Mystic
This stunning beachfront oasis not only presents a breathtaking view of the gulf, but also offers a spacious balcony where you can sit back, listen to the waves crash against the shore, and watch the world go by. It’s the perfect spot to embrace the slow pace of a beach vacation while loving the subtle aroma and flavors of your favorite cup of joe.
A Hasty Retreat
Resting along the edge of a serene lake, this delightful lakefront home also has views of the sandy dunes and the beach. Just walk down to the dock, there’s a chair waiting for you. Sit back, and watch the gentle ripples of the water, with the gulf waving to you in the distance. A sensational and serene setting, it’s ideal for
enjoying your morning brew.
Long Time No Sea
For those seeking a one-of-a-kind experience, a house elevator takes guests up to a unique fourth-floor observation deck, providing treetop views of the quaint neighborhood, the gulf not far behind. Or enjoy your java while sitting at the edge of the pool, its falling waters inspire a tranquil moment, one that will stay with you long after your vacation.
Pappy Hour
Although the 400-square-foot balcony begs to be used for early morning escapes, a free beach service is bound to please. From March – October, you’ll get two chairs, one beach umbrella, and one side table set up, each morning, creating opportunities to observe the golden rays of dawn move graciously across the powdery sand. Start your day with a thermos of Oversee dark roast, a smile, and perhaps a dolphin sighting.
A 30A sunrise is different from a sunset.
- Sunsets are often a shared experience. But on the other hand, and for reasons we can only speculate, sunrises are best enjoyed in silent solitude.
- Sunrise light is “softer.” You can expect calmer waters and softer pastel colors and if the clouds are right, even some cotton candy skies. Towards the end of your coffee session, as the sun rises, you’ll see warmer colors, similar to sunset.
- There’s no crowds at dawn, expect a fairly empty beach! The beaches of 30A are usually busy at sunset. Sunrise provides fewer distractions and more private time to just relax and ponder the awesomeness of being in a premier Florida beach rental.
