Loved our stay at the Tackle Box in Grayton Beach! The check-in and check out process was smooth and easy. The house provided for all of our needs while on vacation and even more. We enjoyed using the bikes provided by Oversee for quick rides to the beach, restaurants, and surrounding communities. Oversee was prompt to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay and during our stay. Thank you Oversee for providing us with a wonderful week at the beach!

I brought my son to The Tackle Box at Grayton Beach for his birthday. What a perfect experience Oversee delivered with helpful and supportive communication in real time and a clean and easy property we completely enjoyed. This place is a gem nestled back away from the road providing peace and privacy but located so perfectly to walk anywhere from the beach to any of the great shops or food spots in this beach town along 30A. There were bikes provided as well, along with beach chairs and a wagon if needed. The greatest screened in porch running the full length of this house that just calls you to linger and lounge is set up with great fans, lights. couches, tv and dining table and chairs. Inside the house that was clean and updated there is a perfectly themed decor that has been well done with a great mix of quirky and stylish furniture. The kitchen is updated and very well appointed. Everything you need is provided and then some. The paper products were plentiful both for kitchen and restrooms along with soaps for the kitchen and laundry. Each bedroom is en-suite with comfy beds, great linens, fluffy pillows, plenty of towels and even toiletries to get your vacay started. The water pressure is great in the shower. This is the perfect old Florida feels house but so clean and so well updated – a perfect balance of nostalgia and modern conveniences delivered in the form of the cutest most comfy spot to land. Thank you for a perfect experience. The proof is in the details … each one thoughtfully considered and provided for before a guest even becomes in need.

We had a great stay! This property is nestled back off of the main road but still so close to everything in Grayton. The listing was accurate with distance to beach, about half a mile, which was a little far for 2yr old legs! So we ended up driving, if we didn’t have toddlers we likely would have walked or rode the bikes that were provided down there, since there is limited parking at the beach access. Would love if they added some baskets onto the bikes so you could easily carry any snacks or drinks you might pick up along the way.
We especially loved all the useable outdoor space at Thai property. It has a large screened in porch and yard eh oh was great for kids to play in.
Another kid friendly aspect is that a lot of storage was up high where they couldn’t reach! Definitely a bonus for us. We’d definitely stay here again.

The house is exactly as pictured! Perfect size for two small families or one medium sized family. House is set back from street which gives great privacy and room for littles to explore. The neighborhood was peaceful and very quiet and welcoming. Perfect location to walk to the beach, shops, food and convenient store. House did have beach chairs and cart. Grayton is great because there’s so much less hustle and bustle than other parts of 30a.
The rental company had great communication! They were super quick to answer questions prior to and during our stay. Will definitely be staying here again and using this rental company!!!
