There are multiple options for recreation as Beachwood Villas has two swimming pools and one of them is heated seasonally, tennis courts, and shuffle board.

The living area has seating for entertaining as well as a bunk bed with two oversized twin beds. Off of the living room is a porch with seating for four to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen has a large counter space making prepping for meals a breeze. The master bedroom features a king bed and across the hall you will find the shared bath.

With the plentiful amenities of Beachwood Villas community to the short walk to the beach, this newly remodeled condo is sure to give your family the perfect beach vacation.

We are excited to have you stay with us! Oversee Rentals is a small locally owned company comprised of hard-working professionals passionate about providing a clean home and consistent experience for our guests.

Our local office is located within 10 miles of this home. We are open seven days a week and operate a 24/7 emergency line. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know. We are right down the street and are happy to head your way!

Walkable to public beach access and quick drive to Seaside/Watercolor. Nice that the little parking area is just for Building 8 and always had spaces open. Easy check in and check out process – door is coded, no physical key to worry about. Ground level condo and a close walk from the parking lot. Condo was exactly as pictured and clean. Very nice touch for the hosts to leave a gift and some useful toiletries for us. No W/D in unit but there is a community one (we didn’t use). Upstairs neighbors stomped around a bit but not the host’s fault. Didn’t use the pool or tennis courts but the tennis courts are right by the unit. Publix is ~8 min away.

We enjoyed our stay with Oversee. They were communicative, friendly, and welcomed us with the sweetest gifts.

The condo was just as described and was spotless. Loved the location, with easy access to the beach. Just a quick walk across the street. We can‚’t wait to visit this place again!
