Just a three-minute walk from the beach, Salt Haus 30A puts the best of beautiful Seagrove within easy reach. For beautiful Gulf views, a pair of large living room sliders lead to the balcony. Very nice. Bright, welcoming spaces and thoughtful amenities make this pet-friendly condo feel right at home. Grab a complimentary bike and cruise to Eastern Lake; fun shops and great restaurants are also nearby.

The living room is ultra comfy and ready for extreme relaxation, with a plush sofa, a Frame TV, board games, and large sliders framing the Gulf.

Just off the living space, the kitchen keeps everyone connected, complete with a wine fridge, a separate coffee bar, and a Nespresso machine that's likely to become your favorite morning stop.

Upstairs, the sleeping quarters feel like a personal hideaway. With two queen beds, the loft has a light and comfy vibe. Very cozy. Downstairs, the full bathroom includes a Dyson hair dryer for an extra touch of convenience.

Coffee tastes even better on the balcony with those views. Later, cool off in the community pool, unwind in the hot tub, fire up the charcoal grill, or spread out at the picnic area.

The community also offers an elevator and an on-site, card-operated laundry facility, making longer stays easy. No washer and dryer inside the condo? No problem. You’ll have easy access to the laundry facility right on the property. It’s card-operated, making hunting for coins so last century.

This place is such a cute stay!.!! The entire unit is straight out of a Pinterst board! My husband and I stayed here for a week long beach trip and loved it. The location was perfect for us pretty much right in the middle of Seaside and Rosemary, we were able to easily travel both directions! The beach access is perfect and this Airbnb is stocked with beach essentials like chairs and a cute umbrella. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this place. You can tell the linens are expensive and it’s stocked with Nespresso and high end kitchen utensils and flatware. (The hair dryer is a DYSON!) The only downside to this place was it is on the third floor of the complex and unfortunately the elevator was down two times while we were there, carrying the luggage up 3 flights of stairs was not fun! Overall, If you are looking for a cute spot on 30A Salt Haus is definitely your spot! We will be back to this exact unit we have truly no complaints!

We felt right at home upon entering!! The space was clean, organized, GORGEOUS, welcoming, and had everything. We were so impressed by everything the Salt Haus had to offer, down to the comfiest beds, gold silverware, gorgeous tiled bathroom, even the high quality hair dryer. I never wanted to leave. The area made us feel so safe. The location is perfect – close to all of the other well known areas of 30A. Storms changed our plans one day during our stay and we ended up staying at our aironb and were thrilled to be “stuck” there. I’m just trying to figure out how I can make my house feel like the Salt Haus;) We WILL be back!

This property is extraordinary, walking distance to the beach, really relaxing stay and anything you may want is within a really short distance. The property is outstanding. Local eateries are great, great area centrally located between Destin and Panama City, 30 minutes or so either way; Santa Rosa is a true jewel.

The designer that assembled this condo was right out of an episode of HGTV. Everything was beautifully selected and details were carefully thought out. High end dishes, flatware and cookware stock the kitchen. Although not directly on the beach, we had a partial view of the ocean and could hear the waves and see the them crashing. We loved the white, sugar sand beach and in early February there were only a few people on the beach. The only negative were the stairs but we rationalized them as exercise and could always take the elevator. Our coffee pot was not working and customer service had a new one at our door in less than 2 hours. We would go back again.

This condo was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous clean design elements (loved the floor to ceiling curtains, wicker basket lighting/pendants and amazing soft and sturdy bar stools). It was also very well appointed – crisp cotton linens, plenty of towels, enough plates and silverware to last for our 3 night stay. We loved everything about it. We especially loved the hot tub and pool because even tho temps were down into the high 30s/low 40s during the day we still swam, for hours. It was invigorating, and to quote our 12 year old daughter “the best thing ever”. Couldn’t have had a better time. Also our pup loved lounging on the outdoor balcony. 5 star vacation. And thank you for the wine. 🙂

Literally one of the best places we’ve stayed at on AirBNB. My wife and I stayed here for our 10th anniversary. It’s cozy yet spacious. You can get a glimpse of the beach from your balcony, and it’s walkable in a few minutes. The BEST part is that it’s a relatively secluded beach. Morning and evening walks are amazing, and it’s the most amazing water and sand during the day. We could not have loved this place more. HIGHLY recommend

My husband and I went on a little weekend giveaway to this condo and had a great time! We brought my service dog Margie and had no issue letting her out behind the condo to use the bathroom. There was also stations with pup garbage bags for litter. Super pet friendly and would stay again!

Beautiful place, great location, and very serene. The condo come equipped with pretty much everything for an essential stay, including coffee. The balcony is very nice to sit on and listen to the waves crash and watch the sunset. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk from the condo, and our dog loved the area. So much room for him to run around, and not crowded with people, especially in the mornings 🙂 The other renters were very nice and so were their dogs. The only con would be having to drive to Panama for most activities and dinner, but our dog didn’t mind the 30 minute windows down drive (g Would definitely rent if are ever in Santa Rosa again.

Such a perfect place for a couples get away or a friend getaway like mine stay. It’s perfect for 2 -3 people. Loved the view of the ocean and it was a quick drive to restaurants and shopping. This place is about a 10-15 drive to Rosemary and Alys beach. If you and your guests are on different sleep schedules bring a sleep mask and ear plugs as the loft is open and it gets quite bright and loud if someone else is awake while you sleep. We had a great stay and loved all the amenities this place provides including the Dyson blow dryer.

My husband and I loved staying here for our ‘Babymoon’! We enjoyed seeing the beach from the balcony each morning, and taking the short walk to get to it. We ended up renting bikes while we were here and SO glad we did! This condo is close to Beachy Bean which we frequented almost every morning for coffee & Old Florida Fish House. The pool was nice too which we utilized for a few hours one day. All in all we had a great time!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at SaltHaus!! They’ve done such a great job with the interiors and the decor, plus the location is SO nice. A quick walk to the beach and very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The owners had great communication and helped us with anything we needed. Wouldn’t have changed a thing about our stay, 10/10 would recommend!

The location was perfect and very centralized to everything. Surrounds by great shops and restaurants. 3 minute walk up to the beach and about a 12 minute drive to Rosemary beach one direction and the same distance the opposite direction to Seaside. Very quiet at night and peaceful. Exactly the place we were looking for to get away and relax. The home was the perfect size for my wife and I with great views from the balcony. Will be visiting again! Thanks for being a great host!

This place elevated our vacation! The location is perfect and close to the bike trail and we rented e-bikes to explore the beaches and towns. It has its own beach access that’s about a 3 minute walk max! We love the interior decorating! Highly recommend.
