Sandy Paradise

Charming 3 story house in a nestled community on the south side of 30A that is walking distance to the beach and right between Seaside and Rosemary Beach! Every bedroom has its own bathroom! The balconies on each level were nice overlooking the pool and lake. The garage was loaded with beach toys, chairs and umbrellas and 4 bikes included. We will be back for sure!!!

Everything you need is at Sandy Paradise. Just park your car and enjoy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Everything was perfect with our home away, we felt very comfortable here.Property was clean and smelled good, all needs utensils were available in the kitchen. We played many board games and enjoyed coffee on the patio.

We had rented another place at Beachside Villas that claimed to sleep 10 people. When we arrived with our guest who had not been to Florida for years. We discovered that comfortably would only sleep 7 and the place was dirty. We felt so bad we tried to find another place and Claire at Oversee saved our vacation. She even allowed us to preview the Condo before renting. It was clean, spacious and very quite. We loved it and moved over that day. A wonderful time was had by all. Thank you so much Claire!!!

Our family spring vacation with Teenagers was a great experience. Sandy Paradise was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped.The location is tucked away in a quiet area away from crowds but an easy walk or bike ride to the beach access. Our teenagers very much enjoyed the complentary bicycles provided. Check in was super easy and management was quick to respond to any questions or needs.

We loved the home. It fit our family perfect. It had great location. We loved the bikes and beach accessories. Beds were comfortable and linens were adequate. It had everything we needed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sandy Paradise. We loved the layout of the house and it had plenty of space for our family of 5. Nicely decorated and plenty of kitchen accessories for cooking. We also loved the location of the home. A short walk or bike ride to the beach and short drives to the other great 30A neighborhoods.

We really enjoyed this house and the area! It was quiet but close to the beach and shops. We did rent a golf cart to take back and forth to the beach because we had two toddlers and that worked out great. Everything was better than pictures! Such a sweet home with everything we needed and plenty of space!

The house was far better than the photos and everything from the negative reviews have all been addressed (new mattresses, new patio furniture and ample kitchen equipment). The management company was wonderful to work with. We can’t wait to come back!

This rental was even more spacious than we imagined through pictures. We had five teenagers and a toddler with us, and we had plenty of room. The teens were already asking about planning our next trip here. Oversee rentals was great at communication and making sure we had everything we needed!

The house was clean and the location was great. Very easy access to the pool, which was never crowded, and the beach was reasonably close. The accommodations weren’t fancy, but everything was adequate and the pictures from the online listing were accurate.

Our extended family enjoyed our stay at Monte Lago! The kids loved the bikes. Being close to the beach was great! The house fit our 11 perfectly. We had an issue with the dryer but the rental company had a repair man out the next day. I would highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood is quite and in a great location, central on 30A.

The house was perfect and everyone had their own space. It was a nice walk to the beach or a quick bike ride. The Hub was a really fun place for adults and children and was about a mile from the house. We had a very relaxing vacation!

The house was in excellent condition, not too far from the beach. The staff was very helpful whenever I had a question.

Very quiet area!

It was a wonderful home! Perfect for kids and adults! Rooms were clean! Bathrooms were great! No problems whatsoever! Kids had their privacy adults enjoyed time alone! Beautiful view from the porches! The walk to the beach was not long and it was great for everyone to get some walking in! The bikes were a huge success for the teenagers! The home was great and close to everything!
