We loved the house it had everything we needed it. It’s a 3 mins walk to the beach so that make things much easier. They set up the chairs and umbrella everyday for you. The beach is beautiful and it’s not crowded like the other beaches in the area. We definitely recommend carillon beach and new roads. We will come back next summer !!

The home and neighborhood were wonderful. Perfect for our extended stay.

The cottage is very comfortable. Very quiet at the beginning of the row, you can’t hear noise from the pool or neighbors. The beach access is a 5 minute walk, you cross 30a and go one block to the left.
Decor is cute but it’s a little cluttered for my taste, we put some furniture out of the way while we were there. The rugs are a dirt trap and trip hazard but thankfully we had no accidents. Overall a great place. Oversee was a good host, they even received a delivery for me at their office.
