Legacy 202 is in a gated, 16-unit condo with gorgeous panoramic views of the beach. A walk to fine dining and snack spots in Seagrove is a breeze. Grilling downstairs is also a convenient alternative.

The Legacy community provides private beach access just a short walk from the condo. One of the two pools rests beside a beach dune, a wonderful space, complete with comfy lounge chairs. An elevator is in the condo building.

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

The living space has a large TV, the kitchen island seats 4, and the dining table seats 6. All of this looks out past the sliders to the balcony, where the views are incredible!

A primary bedroom, king, leads out to an enormous balcony. A great place to start, or end, your day. The remaining bedrooms are down the hallway. A guest room, queen, shares a hall bathroom. Another guest room, queen, is connected to the double bunk room through a Jack and Jill bath.

Take one of the bikes to Seaside! It’s less than 10 minutes away. For an ideal 30A vacation, make Legacy 202 your first destination!

Thank you Oversee for another great stay in Legacy 202. Plenty of room for our extended family. The beach is just steps away, and a lovely view from the balcony.The management team is very responsive with any questions. We enjoyed the chairs and beach umbrellas that were in the unit.The beach was just beautiful the week we were there. Very convenient location in walking distance to restaurants and snacks. We hope to return again!

The condition of the condo was wonderful and even though the pictures were accurate, the condo was better than expected. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were very comfortable and the furniture was in great condition. The location could not have been better as it is so close and convenient to walk out of the door and be on the beach in 2 minutes. We would definitely return to this location.

We loved our stay at Legacy 202! Plenty of privacy and space for our family! Thanks to the beautiful beach front view, we spent a lot of our time out on the patio! A very short walk to the beach was very convenient for our kids! We’ll definitely be back!

Legacy 202 provided a relaxing family vacation – the beach is literally steps down from the condo! The large patio was perfect for all of our family members – nothing like waking up to a perfect view of the ocean! The condo was spacious and spread out nicely. At this location, you’re about 1.5 miles away from Seaside!

We had reservations for another property but the cable line was cut due to area construction. Oversee offered the option of an upgrade or stay without cable & internet. We opted for the upgrade and it was wonderful! This was a very spacious ,gorgeous & comfortable condo. The views and balconies were wonderful.We couldn’t have been more pleased! The Oversee staff were very accommodating and professional

stayed here in october and absolutely loved it! great location, great place, lots of space! our family had plenty of room and everyone enjoyed themselves. we had a great view of ocean yet was private with the mangroves. when we needed something I emailed the manager and received it within 30 minutes!

Loved this condo! So much room for a large group. Wonderful to wake up every morning to a beautiful view of the Gulf on a large balcony and to hear the surf. It was nice to be so close to the beach, just a short walk down the path and you were there. The condo was beautifully decorated and kitchen well stocked. The complex itself was so quiet. Being able to ride the bikes to nearby activities and shops was so much fun. We stumbled upon the Red Bar in Grayton Beach, would highly recommend it. The food was great! The ladies at Oversee Rentals were fantastic to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable.
