Legacy 202 is in a gated, 16-unit condo with gorgeous panoramic views of the beach. A walk to fine dining and snack spots in Seagrove is a breeze. Grilling downstairs is also a convenient alternative.

The Legacy community provides private beach access just a short walk from the condo. One of the two pools rests beside a beach dune, a wonderful space, complete with comfy lounge chairs. An elevator is in the condo building.

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

The living space has a 42” TV, the kitchen island seats 4, and the dining table seats 6. All of this looks out past the sliders to the balcony, where the views are incredible.

A primary bedroom, king, leads out to the enormous balcony. A great place to start, or end, your day. The remaining bedrooms are down the hallway. A guest room, queen, shares a hall bathroom. Another guest room, queen, is connected to the double bunk room through a Jack and Jill bath.

We’re excited to have you stay with us! Oversee is small and locally owned. Our teams of hard-working professionals are passionate about providing a clean home and a consistent experience for our guests. We’re open seven days a week with a 24/7 emergency line. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know. Our office is within 10 miles of this home, so we’re right down the street, and happy to head your way!
