Flip Flop Daze

Very comfortable stay for 6 adults and three children. Very clean and all the amenities we needed. Very convenient to beach.

The house was in a great location right behind the main area but in a fairly quiet area. Seacrest was a great destination.

House was very clean and suited our family perfectly.

Great location and great home. Oversee was very responsive to a couple of needs we had on the property. Overall this was a great trip and I look forward to coming again

Absolutely no complaints. Kristen was great! I was worried about the “dropped sink” from the February 2022 review – no sink issues during our stay. Location was very convenient. Wear your wristbands to get access onto Seacrest beach. Would highly recommend.

It was wonderful, great weather in February. clean, new, comfortable home.great area, massive pool, short walk to beach.

We had two families with young kids who enjoyed our stay at Flip Flop Daze. It was in a good location within walking distance of some restaurants and shops which was nice. We used the golf cart shuttle which was simple to head to the beach and pool. Management was very responsive and helpful. We liked the price of this house too!

Great house, features, location.

We loved our week stay at flip flop daze at the end of May 2021. The location was great- near a tram stop short walk to stores and center of seacrest, less than 10 min walk to beach if we preferred a walk over the tram

Beautiful home! We really enjoyed our Mother’s Day/ Birthday stay. Would be nice if there were condiments (salt and pepper) there but the coffee was delicious!

Beautiful, perfectly clean home with a great location. This home is beautiful, stocked with everything you will need and is the perfect place for a wonderful get away.Oversee Rentals is a great organization and made themselves available. I truly appreciate the attention they gave to making certain things were going well for our getaway.

We had a wonderful time at Flip Flop Daze! The location was perfect and the house was accommodating for our group. It was clean and well maintained.

We had a great time. The only issue was the wrist bands and parking permit. We literally had to call Seacrest security 4 times before our wrist bands and parking permits were delivered. Each time we called, they said they would be right there. We would wait an hour, and nothing, then call again. It was the second day we called the 4th time and had it delivered.

Awesome. Great location. Very comfortable !

Week of beach fun with family

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Flip Flop Daze. The home was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Location was great. The beach, pool, restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance. There was also a tram available to take guests to the beach. Highly recommend this beautiful beach home!

Absolutely stunning home with nature trails in the backyard. We had plenty of space for a family of 5. Loved the TV’s in every room, balconies, laundry closet and kitchen (fully stocked).

We enjoyed our time at Flip Flop Daze. The house was clean, spacious and close to the shops and beach. My family would definitely stay there again.

This house was so clean and attractive. The location was perfect. An easy walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes. The 3 bikes on property were a huge bonus. We rode bikes all over. The porch on the third floor was great to sit out on and look at the view. Community was very safe and family oriented.

Perfect getaway for large family or multiple families. The decor is fabulous and roomy. This home is very clean and has lots privacy and space where you don’t feel like your on top of people like a condo or small house. The kitchen is equipped for full cooking option with top notch cookware and utensils. Having bicycles on the property is a wonderful convienence. Going to the beach was less of a hastle than I expected. The team service is impeccable. Walking is around 10 minutes. Perfect for getting your steps in after lying on the beach all day. The rental company was the best we’ve ever encountered. Kudos to them!

The house and neighborhood were fantastic, and exceeded our expectations. The seller has taken care to make this a great vacation home, with lots of great touches like whole house audio and a well appointed kitchen. The neighborhood pool is amazing. We will definitely consider this property for a return visit!

This was our first stay in a home in Seacrest having previously stayed in Rosemary. The home was clean and nicely furnished. It was even nicer that the photos reflected. We had plenty of space for the six of us and had everything we needed for cooking meals during our stay. Every morning we enjoyed our time outside on the screened in porch where we were accompanied by the sounds of the crickets outdoors. There was a pathway I enjoyed around the corner of our rental. I loved walking and running the trail which ran all behind the northern wooded side of the Seacrest property. There were signs informing passersby of a variety of the indigenous trees and plants along the way. We loved the tram service which stops right outside the property and runs to the beach in regular intervals. This home is near the pool, restaurants and shops not only in Seacrest but right next door to Rosemary and Alys also. Oversee rentals was excellent in providing the information we needed and were super easy and friendly to work with. We were very impressed with their service.

We loved our time on Flip Flop Lane. The house was perfectly appointed. We had great space for our party of 5 adults and 4 kids. The tram to the beach picks up and drops off right outside the door. The walk wasn’t bad either. House is close to the pool and super close to the village area making our daily stop for icecream very easy 🙂

Great house, perfect for our party of 6. When icemaker quit, mgmt. company was almost instant to respond and repair and even brought a bag of ice to tie us over. The location and proximity of this house and neighborhood is perfect for beach, shopping, pool, biking, Rosemary and Alys areas as well. Definitely would recommend Flip Flop Daze house and Oversee Rentals.

Great home in Rosemary Beach – the rental also included bikes so it was easy to get around. The tram to the beach has easy access. Great pool facility too.

The home was very clean and comfortable. Minutes walk to the pool and restaurants next community over. A definite yes for future rentals.
