Beach Bound

We absolutely loved the beautiful. It was well equipped with everything. The kitchen was amazing. Loved the bright, airy feeling of the home. Neighborhood was adorable with so many cute homes. Walking distance to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, Alys beach and the ocean. Great restaurants and also bike trails. 5 stars!!!!!

Absolutely fabulous!! Would stay with them again

We had an amazing stay at beach bound! The home was beautiful and perfectly clean. We even wondered if it had been rented before. The management company was very responsive, even on the weekends. I would recommend packing your own beach towels, as these were not provided. Although it wasn’t policy to do so, the management company was flexible and provided us with extra trash bags, dishwasher, tabs, toilet paper, and other kitchen supplies that are usually stocked in other rentals we’ve visited in the past. The host stocked the kitchen with every imaginable kitchen utensil an appliance that you could need to cook. That was so nice! Beautiful property and practically brand new! Thank you so much!

The home is spectacular and very comfortable. Living space is excellent and the quality of everything is top notch. Kitchen made cooking easy. Upstairs layout and bedrooms are terrific. Master bedroom downstairs with huge walk-in closet is awesome. Walks in the neighborhood were pleasant and the community pool is right there! We will be back! Oh, the Gulf is pretty nice, too. Best VRBO we have ever stayed at as a family.

My family of 5 adults and 2 kids stayed at Beach Bound last week. We had a brilliant time, and thought that Inlet/Rosemary was the best place along the 30A! The house was great, and everything was extremely clean and felt like new. There was also a cupboard full of games which was a great surprise. We had a couple little things come up while we there but we contacted Crystal and she had everything sorted out the same day. You couldn’t ask for any more than that! There were only a few things we felt could be improved – there are no beach towels or beach toys/chairs etc at the house. This was surprising considering it’s a beach house, and made things a bit more difficult for us as we were all flying in. We ended up buying beach toys and chairs at Target and had to leave them there, but at least future guests will be able to use them – it’s about $70/day to rent two chairs at the beach otherwise! Some salt and pepper and basic spices would have been useful. Also, the main bedroom/house could do with a full length mirror. A little thing but worth mentioning as it’s an easy fix! We would love to return to Beach Bound in the future.

Our family had a great beach vacation at this property. House is very nice and well stocked. Bikes are nice to ride to the beach or into the beach towns nearby.

We had a wonderful trip, and the house was a perfect spot. Just down the street from beach access, and close to wonderful restaurants and shopping. The home was big enough for all of us, with plenty of included amenities. The community pool is a great bonus, and just a few steps away.

This house is amazing. Centrally located and convenient to restaurants, the beach, shopping. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to be back soon! Loved it! Management company was exceptional!

We wanted to rent a house for Spring Break and wanted to be close to Rosemary beach but needed more space without spending a fortune. This house is absolutely perfect and within half a mile from Rosemary Beach by bicycle which is also the best way to get around the area. The house also came with 3 bikes. Even though it is new construction it is very well-built and great layout. Neighborhood has a swimming pool in warmer weather would have been ideal. Shopping center in front of neighborhood has one of the best Mexican restaurants and Italian restaurants within walking distance of the house and the Donut hole is also in same area. Inlet Beach public beach access is within biking distance or a short car ride as well. The house is well stocked with dishes cookware towels in the washer and dryer. One car garage was perfect for storing bicycles and beach items. Keyless entry also made access easy. We will absolutely put this house on our list if we return to the area. Lastly property management was very responsive quickly to help resolve a few issues we had getting into the property and one bike that needed to be replaced. overall best experience I have had lately with any property management company

We had a wonderful week at Beach Bound. This was my first visit to the western coast of Florida and I am now a big fan. We randomly chose this location and we were so please with our pick. The home is spacious, very clean and stocked with everything we needed to feel “at home”. We walked everyday to the beach and throughout the unique communities of 30A. Each a little different with great shopping and dining. We look forward to coming back soon!

We love Beach Bound! We had teens with us that spent a lot of time at Rosemary, but they loved coming home in the evenings to our little Beach Bound quiet spot! The home was very nice. We loved every detail. It’s close to the market and Target is not far at all. We will definitely be staying at Beach Bound again.

This house was perfect! Spacious and in a great location, just 5 minutes from the beach!

The house was beautiful and very clean. It had all the things necessary for a wonderful vacation.It would be nice to have comfortable lounge chairs at the pool. I highly recommend this rental.

First time at Inlet/Rosemary Beach, was pleasantly surprised. The home was immaculate, beach was a 2 minute drive. Plenty of grocery stores and shopping nearby. Loved how secluded the home and beach are, surprisingly not too crowded for Spring Break week. Restaurants were a 2hr wait, but is expected for Spring Break. We made most of our meals in the gourmet kitchen and outdoor grill, so no worries there! Would definitely go back. Community pool was nice too, just wish the weather had been a bit warmer!
