Adorable, different, and packed with whimsy, you’re going to love this place. The winding staircase, the masterful dining room table, the décor. And those windows! Whether you're in the kitchen, dining area, or family room, this a-frame space is designed for shared moments.
A primary bedroom, king, features a beautiful, shared hallway walk-in shower,
ensuring your privacy and comfort.
Upstairs, a loft area with 2 twin beds is next to a guest room, king, with an updated bathroom. For the younger members of the family, the lower level presents a delightful, stacked mezzanine with twin over queen bunks. This fun room leads to the outdoor patio and pool.
Did somebody say “pool”? Outside, a sizable private pool is the hit of the house! A large deck is ideal for basking on the loungers. Fire up the propane grill or unwind in the Adirondack chairs. Rinse off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower. The expansive fenced-in yard surrounds the home, featuring a wooden storehouse to secure an array of pool and beach accessories.
30A Frame is a stone's throw from 30A's charming boutiques, solid 4-star restaurants, and more. And beach access? A mere 425 steps away, but who’s counting. Cap off a perfect family beach day with ice cream found just around the corner. Nice!
