Down the hall, find a full bathroom, a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and an additional twin bed with a trundle.
Third Floor: Two family-friendly suites. The en suite primary bedroom includes a TV, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with dual vanities. The guest bedroom, king, features a TV, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

It was great, from start to finish. It was super easy to find, private and peaceful but walkable to restaurants and the beach. The only thing is that it does take them an hour to respond but they do respond which is great!

We were a family of 8 and everyone had plenty of room! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, blankets and bathroom towels. The house is in a fantastic location, very walkable to the public beach and local restaurants! This was a concern for us because my mother in law who is 77 was with us and she had no issues getting to the beach, it‚’s literally a 2 minute walk to the water! Oversee was wonderful, very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Santa Rosa Beach. Thank you for a great visit!!

The starter amenities were very useful. It was very nice to be given two complimentary cups and two complimentary beach towels. The house was equipped with beach necessities (beach wagon, sand toys, bikes, tent) and although we didn’t need them, it was nice to know they were there. There were a couple issues with the house but this was handled by the property manager and rental office. Overall, we had a good stay and I would recommend using Oversee for your vacation rental in the future!

Fantastic stay! Our group of 6 (3 adults, 3 high school seniors) had plenty of room in this condo. There are 4 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.
This condo is a 3 minute walk to the beach- it‚’s literally across the street! We weren‚’t sure just how close it was when we booked – 3 minutes is the answer! The unit is at the front of the complex, which is very convenient. Parking was great. The pool was great. Restaurants & shops are close by. The unit has TONS of beachy items- toys, chairs, etc. However, you will need to provide your own beach towels.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay!
The space was clean and the kitchen well stocked with pots/pans/dishes.

We loved staying here. So close to the beach! You can either walk or drive. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. We had a lovely time! Live music at night from the restaurants next door may be an issue with younger kids as it didn‚’t end until after 9:30 some nights

We had a great stay at 11 Summer Place. We had a total of 10 people within 3 separate families. Each family had their own bedrooms and private baths which was a plus!
Kitchen amenities were good and plenty of dishes and silverware provided. Wished for a sharp paring knife and cutting board. Couple of the skillets were showing wear. Otherwise met our needs and we ate in often. Appliances were in good condition.
Bedrooms were spacious and mattresses very comfortable. Plenty of towels and washcloths.
Washer and dryer in unit a plus.
Rooftop was a fun place to relax.
Beach access was a quick walk and there were fun little souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance of unit as well.
Was nice to have a beach wagon, chairs and some sand toys for our little ones. We did bring some beach toys, and added them to the collection after we were done.
Check in and out was a breeze and we felt very safe during our stay.
The on-site pool was an extra bonus. This is a great place!

This is a great spot, much quieter than Seaside/Rosemary etc which we really appreciated. The townhome is right in the center of all the restaurants, but still very peaceful. Everything was really clean, beds super comfy, plenty of room (we were 2 adults & 7 teenagers), wi-fi was a bit spotty but it encouraged the kids to put their phones down which was great. We cycled into Seaside one day which was fun. The roof terrace was great, took sunrise coffee and sunset cocktails up there, very peaceful and great views.
We would definitely return, we had a lovely time. We had a slight issue with the door code but the host company was immediately reponsive and it was resolved in minutes.

This is a great house. The house was clean and well stocked. Great proximity to Rosemary Beach and the Seacrest community amenities are wonderful and very close. There is a tram stop right out the back door. The bikes that were included were super helpful and we used them often! We had such a nice trip! Oversee is extremely reachable and responds almost immediately. Thank you!
