Grayton Beach, Seaside, and WaterColor are a quick car (or golf cart) ride away where you can peruse local shops and eateries.
The first floor living area features a 65” TV and plenty of seating. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops make cooking a pleasure. With ample seating to accommodate 10, start creating new fun-filled family memories.
The primary bedroom, king, has a 65" TV, and private bath with walk-in shower. The second floor also has a primary bedroom, king, with a 65" TV and private bath.
There are two full beds in one guest room and two twin/twin bunks in the second guest bedroom. They share a Jack and Jill bathroom with tub and shower combo.
The home includes 4 bikes, so commuting to and from the beach, shops, and restaurants, is a breeze.

The house is nice, spacious and comfortable. Oversee was very receptive and replaced the mattresses in the bunk beds. Overall, our stay was good.
The house is located in a very nice area and the golf cart makes the commute to/from beach really easy.

What a perfect week at Thee Beach Haus! The house was spacious and clean with a perfectly stocked kitchen. The bikes and golf cart provided were nice amenities. They were used daily! We also enjoyed the beautiful community pool. Blue Mountain Beach Access was a bit too crowded but I guess that is to be expected over Spring Break. Finally, Oversee was the best management company that we have dealt while traveling. The complimentary toiletries and coffee was such a nice perk. Most importantly, they were available for issues via text/phone with immediate response. That aspect made the vacation seamless. We can’t wait to return with our family!

This house is amazing. From the location, the pool, the golf cart usage, the bikes. It has everything you need. They have tons of fun games, beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen. An excellent place to get away and relax. Right near the beach, ice cream shop, AMAZING bakery, Cowgirl Kitchen. Our favorite thing was getting up in the morning, jumping in the golf cart and heading out to explore. Very much recommend this house.

We really enjoyed booking through Oversee. The home we rented was in immaculate shape, and we could not be more pleased. If we had a question or minor issue, Oversee was very quick to respond and resolve the issue.

This is a lovely house and our large family had plenty of room. The golf cart made the excursions to the beach super easy. We loved it!

The Beech Haus was a great rental. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable. The couch could be improved – when you go to sit down , the sections separate but it is nice that it seats so many. The quality and condition of the kitchen supplies are subpar compared to everything in the house. Although the kitchen did have most everything, the items were very basic and are more for a novice cook . The couch and kitchen supplies are minor things. Overall this house is perfect . It is clean, comfortable, close to beach and in a very nice neighborhood that is very quiet. Will definitely book it again- only reason that I haven’t booked for next year is not sure of schedules.

My husband and I stayed with some family for a week and we had a great stay! The amenities at the house are great. We felt we had all we needed for our stay. The owners provided access to their golf cart to get around which made our stay super fun and relaxing. The pool in the neighborhood is wonderful and the distance to the beach is perfect!! Overall it was a fantastic stay and we for sure will return for another stay!!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The house was extremely clean and well maintained. A beautiful beach home in prime location to the beach. The host made sure to have all of the amenities in check and I had quick access to contact the host with any questions.My group and I had the best weekend making memories and couldn’t have imagined staying anywhere else! I would highly recommend this to any group looking for a clean and beautiful stay close to the beach!
