The living area features plush seating and a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for movie nights or quiet lounging. A round dining table with baby blue chairs pairs perfectly with the kitchen island, which seats five more. The sleek kitchen has quartz countertops with stainless steel appliances.
The sleeping arrangements are designed for everyone: a bunk room with twin-over-twin beds for the kids, a guest bedroom with a queen bed and private bath, and a primary suite featuring a king bed, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. We just spent six nights in an Oversee-managed home, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The ease of booking, the absence of overly strict or obnoxious rules (which we’ve unfortunately experienced with other hosts), and the thoughtful amenities and personal touches made this stay truly unforgettable.
It felt like a vacation should feel—relaxing, seamless, and well cared for. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality set Oversee apart in every way. From this point forward, we won’t book with anyone else when visiting the area. Oversee has earned our trust and loyalty.

We loved our stay at the Tackle Box, which was a perfect space for us for the week. The screened-in front porch on the house is AMAZING, and where we spent most of our time. The house is a short walk or quick bike ride to the beach and several good restaurants. We enjoyed using the provided bikes and beach chairs. The house was all that is advertised and more. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! This property is nestled back off of the main road but still so close to everything in Grayton. The listing was accurate with distance to beach, about half a mile, which was a little far for 2yr old legs! So we ended up driving, if we didn’t have toddlers we likely would have walked or rode the bikes that were provided down there, since there is limited parking at the beach access. Would love if they added some baskets onto the bikes so you could easily carry any snacks or drinks you might pick up along the way.
We especially loved all the useable outdoor space at Thai property. It has a large screened in porch and yard eh oh was great for kids to play in.
Another kid friendly aspect is that a lot of storage was up high where they couldn’t reach! Definitely a bonus for us. We’d definitely stay here again.
