The Team Challenge offers a unique blend of quality tennis and a memorable beach vacation. This series of team tennis events caters to women of various skill levels, using the NTRP system. Each Ladies Team Challenge weekend features a minimum of six teams, with each team consisting of at least six ladies, forming three doubles teams. The format is a round-robin, where teams compete against others throughout the weekend. The challenge includes two matches on both Friday and Saturday, culminating in top qualifying matches on Sunday morning. The Sandestin Ladies Team Challenge Package includes participation from teams across the Southeast, room accommodations, and a continental breakfast daily. Participants also enjoy a tournament luncheon on Friday, exciting matches throughout the weekend, and discounts at Sandestin’s Tennis Shop. The package also covers team photos, a tournament raffle, and prizes/awards for winners and finalists. Motion Experience is an annual retreat for students in 8th through 12th grade, designed for them to grow in their faith. This year's theme is "ALL IN," inspired by 1 Peter 1:15-16, which encourages being holy and set apart for God's glory. The retreat aims to help students embrace being different and go against worldly norms. Throughout the weekend, students will engage in small group discussions with peers and leaders, attend powerful messages, participate in transformative worship, and compete in exciting Tribe Wars. The retreat is for 8th – 12th grade students and will take place from October 17th- 19th, 2025, at Laguna Beach Christian Retreat in Panama City Beach, Florida. The cost is $125 and will not increase.

The pottery instructor, Jaweria Rizvi, is offering a five-week course focusing on the foundational skills of wheel throwing. The Coastal Branch Library invites children to Preschool Story Time on Thursday mornings at 10:00 am for stories, songs, crafts, and social time with friends and families. After the stories, parents and caretakers are encouraged to visit from 11:00 am to noon while the children explore various blocks, connecting magnet blocks, and engaging with code and go robots. No registration is required.

The Camp Seaside Scavenger Hunt is an exciting journey through a vibrant beach town, filled with clues, local landmarks, and hidden surprises. Kids will team up, follow a custom clue sheet, and race to find special spots and treasures while learning about Seaside’s coolest corners. The scavenger hunt offers a fun, kid-friendly clue sheet and prizes for completed cards and extra spirit. Participants should bring comfy shoes, a water bottle, and eagle eyes. It is described as part treasure hunt, part town tour, and 100% Camp Seaside fun.

Game Day for adults is hosted by the library. Attendees are encouraged to bring card table games to share with other community members on Thursdays from noon until 4:00 pm. The library's meeting space is available for family-friendly games that individuals bring to share with those interested in playing or learning a new game. A Halloween trick-or-treating event is scheduled for Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 4–6 p.m. at the Alys Beach Town Center. North Beach Social patrons can place their paella orders at the counter and receive a ticket for pickup at the paella stand when service commences. Farm & Fire patrons have the option to order at their table or at the bar, with the dish being delivered directly to their table.

The Red Bar Jazz Band performs Tuesday through Saturday from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Local and visiting bands play on Sundays for brunch, Sunday nights, and Monday nights. The Big Chill hosts an NFL Watch Party every Thursday throughout the season, offering a prime location to catch every play. Emerald Coast Theatre Company (ECTC) continues its 13th season with Tennessee Williams’ The Glass Menagerie, running from October 23 to November 2 at ECTC’s stage in Grand Boulevard Town Center. This acclaimed play features Amanda Wingfield, a former Southern belle who grapples with her past while striving for a better future for her children, Tom and Laura. Tom longs for freedom, while Laura is shy and seeks connection. The arrival of a “gentleman caller” destabilizes their lives. ECTC Producing Artistic Director Nathanael Fisher notes that The Glass Menagerie remains relevant due to its universal themes of family, memory, and the pursuit of dreams.
