Camp SEASIDE®: Tennis and Pickleball Games
Seaside
An exciting afternoon of tennis and pickleball designed just for kids is being offered. Campers, whether they are first-timers or future champions (ages 5 to 12), will participate in skill-building games, fun drills, and friendly play. Pro instructors will be present to assist with the activities. The cost is $15 per child, and a parent must be present (no drop-offs). Participants should bring tennis shoes, a water bottle, and plenty of energy; bringing their own paddles or rackets is optional. This event is part of Camp SEASIDE, presented by SEASIDE Swim & Tennis.

Opening on Monday, November 17, Miracle at The Daytrader will feature festive decor, holiday nostalgia, and Christmas-themed cocktails at the 30A seaside location. The Miracle concept originated in 2014 in New York City and has since expanded to over 200 locations worldwide, becoming a global holiday tradition known for its decorations, cheer, and collectible holiday glassware. At The Daytrader, which recently received the Best Cocktail Spot on 30A in the 2025 Hot Spot Awards and is led by James Beard Award semi-finalist Chef Nikhil Abuvala, guests can experience a tropical take on the holidays. This year’s menu includes new creations like the Dancing Sugarplums and Miracle Mouse, alongside returning favorites such as the Christmapolitan, Snowball Old-Fashioned, and Jingle Balls Nog. Exclusive limited-edition glassware, including festive staples like the Santa’s Head, SanTaRex, and Christmas Unicorn, along with new seasonal designs, will be available for purchase. Chef Joyce developed her renowned paella recipe while in Spain, which she has since modified to incorporate local flair. Her substitution of chorizo for plain sausage adds an extra spicy kick to the dish. North Beach Social patrons can place their paella orders at the counter, as usual, and receive a ticket; they can then pick up their plates at the paella stand when service begins. Farm & Fire customers, however, can order from their table or at the bar, and the paella will be delivered tableside.

The event partners with Caring & Sharing of South Walton to collect holiday donations, such as toys, gift cards, clothing, and socks, for families in need this season. A limited number of vendor tables are available for businesses interested in showcasing their holiday gifts, gift cards, or services for attendees to purchase on-site. Businesses are encouraged to bring their best gift ideas to help the community shop locally. Interested vendors should register early as tables are expected to go quickly. Class – Intro to Cake Decorating

The cost for the event is between $55.00 and $60.00. Participants can make birthdays, holidays, and events extra special by learning how to bake and decorate their own cakes. Keisha Kelly with The Cottage in the Woods Bakery leads this 4-week class, teaching the basics of baking a cake, making icing, and different decoration methods. Each student receives a starter decorating kit, but they are welcome to bring any tools they already own but may not know how to use. The class schedule is as follows: Week 1, January 8, focuses on "Learn the Basics," covering tools, how to bake, prepare, and ice a cake, and types of frosting and coloring. Homework involves baking, prepping, and icing a cake for the next class. Week 2, January 15, covers "Basics piping and borders," where students learn to prepare, fill, and hold a piping bag, simple buttercream techniques (lines, dots, rosettes, shells, stars, ruffles), writing (cursive and print), and borders (shell, rope, reverse shell, bead), and decorating the cake they prepared. Week 3, January 22, focuses on "buttercream flowers," including rosettes, drop flowers, daisies, and roses, using a flower nail, and designing a cake theme (color palette, layout, placement). Homework is to practice flowers and bake a cake or cupcakes for the final project. Week 4, January 29, is "Final project fun day," where students put all their skills to the test on their final cake, with instructor assistance for skills and design, and class pictures. The classes are held on Thursdays, January 8-29, from 5-7 pm. The cost is $55 for members and $60 for non-yet-members. The class is for ages 18 and up. Participants must sign up by Tuesday, January 6.

The cost for the event is between $55.00 and $60.00. Participants can make birthdays, holidays, and events extra special by learning how to bake and decorate their own cakes. Keisha Kelly with The Cottage in the Woods Bakery leads this 4-week class, teaching the basics of baking a cake, making icing, and different decoration methods. Each student receives a starter decorating kit, but they are welcome to bring any tools they already own but may not know how to use. The class schedule is as follows: Week 1, January 8, focuses on “Learn the Basics,” covering tools, how to bake, prepare, and ice a cake, and types of frosting and coloring. Homework involves baking, prepping, and icing a cake for the next class. Week 2, January 15, covers “Basics piping and borders,” where students learn to prepare, fill, and hold a piping bag, simple buttercream techniques (lines, dots, rosettes, shells, stars, ruffles), writing (cursive and print), and borders (shell, rope, reverse shell, bead), and decorating the cake they prepared. Week 3, January 22, focuses on “buttercream flowers,” including rosettes, drop flowers, daisies, and roses, using a flower nail, and designing a cake theme (color palette, layout, placement). Homework is to practice flowers and bake a cake or cupcakes for the final project. Week 4, January 29, is “Final project fun day,” where students put all their skills to the test on their final cake, with instructor assistance for skills and design, and class pictures. The classes are held on Thursdays, January 8-29, from 5-7 pm. The cost is $55 for members and $60 for non-yet-members. The class is for ages 18 and up. Participants must sign up by Tuesday, January 6.

This year’s menu includes new drinks like the Dancing Sugarplums and Miracle Mouse, alongside popular returning favorites such as the Christmapolitan, Snowball Old-Fashioned, and Jingle Balls Nog. Limited-edition glassware, including festive staples like Santa’s Head, SanTaRex, and Christmas Unicorn, along with new seasonal designs, will be available for purchase.
From November 17 through December 31, visitors can enjoy a full Christmas experience at Miracle at The Daytrader, combining tiki culture with holiday kitsch. Guests can sip seasonal cocktails under a thatched roof, surrounded by twinkling lights and eccentric decorations. The Daytrader is open daily from 11 AM to 9 PM and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Daytrader Tiki Bar & Restaurant announced the return of Miracle at The Daytrader for its third holiday season as the only Miracle Pop-Up location in Northwest Florida. Beginning Monday, November 17, Miracle at The Daytrader will feature festive décor, holiday nostalgia, and inventive Christmas-themed cocktails at the 30A seaside location.
The Miracle concept originated in 2014 in New York City and has since grown to more than 200 locations worldwide, including in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Central America. The pop-up is recognized globally for its dazzling decorations, cheerful atmosphere, and collectible holiday glassware.
At The Daytrader, which was recently named Best Cocktail Spot on 30A in the 2025 Hot Spot Awards and is led by James Beard Award semi-finalist Chef Nikhil Abuvala, guests can expect a tropical twist on the holidays. This year’s menu introduces new drinks such as Dancing Sugarplums and Miracle Mouse, alongside returning favorites like the Christmapolitan, Snowball Old-Fashioned, and Jingle Balls Nog. Exclusive limited-edition glassware, including Santa’s Head, SanTaRex, and Christmas Unicorn, as well as brand-new seasonal designs, will be available for purchase.
From November 17 through December 31, Miracle at The Daytrader offers locals and holiday travelers a fully decorated Christmas experience where tiki culture blends with holiday kitsch. Guests can enjoy seasonal cocktails under a thatched roof, surrounded by twinkling lights and eccentric décor. The Daytrader is open daily from 11 AM to 9 PM, accommodating guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
As part of its global mission, Miracle will once again donate 10% of all proceeds from select glassware sales (including Santa Pants, Christmas Carol Barrel, and Santa Heads) to the Seva Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to preventing blindness and restoring sight worldwide.
