A great way to explore 30A? On one of the 4 complimentary bikes! Timpoochee Trail parallels the entire stretch of 30A, ideal for walking, jogging, and biking. You and your crew will love exploring the nearby restaurants and shops of Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Seaside.
Inside, there are 4 bedrooms, plus a bonus sleeping room, with 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds and 4 full bathrooms.
The first floor features a primary suite, with sitting area, Jacuzzi tub, and shower. Nearby, a guest room, queen, includes a private bath.
Upstairs, the kitchen is a chef's delight, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cherry wood cabinets. The living area includes a large TV for family movies and games. Wi-Fi is also available. Another guest room, queen, and a bunk room are on the third floor, with their own bathroom.
