Nice condo, above the realtors office in Rosemary. View out the balcony is to the back of Rosemary. For some reason we thought we would be able to see the ocean but that is not the case. It was still a nice view of Rosemary. Location was great for our kids to come and go as they wanted on bikes. Parking under ground garage was easy and efficient to unload. We wanted an extra set of condo keys and the agency replied quickly. The furnishings and appliances are nice. We were able to work in the mornings and enjoy the weather, beach, restaurants and pools the rest of the day. Would be great if the master bedroom had a king but the queen mattress that was there was comfortable. My daughter said pull out sofa mattress was comfortable as well. We suggested they upgrade the shower head in the guest bathroom for more pressure. Easy fix. Master shower pressure is great. We would rebook for sure.

This loft is right in the middle of town, conveniently located steps from shopping, great restaurants and the beach. But, the loft is so quiet and relaxing. It’s well-appointed and fabulously decorated. We had such a great time and will be back often!

My wife and I stayed at Rosemary Loft for an extended weekend getaway. The condo was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Oversee Rentals was very responsive to the few questions we had upon arrival and the check in/check out process was a breeze. I would highly recommend Rosemary Loft to other guests and hope to return again in the near future.
