Close to restaurants and shops and short walk to the beach club and beach.

PERFECT size for our family of 4. Great location that we were able to walk easily with a 4 year old and 6 month old for breakfast, dinner, the Beach club and the beach. It is listed but there wasn‚’t a picture so I forgot there was a washer and dryer and this was such a nice surprise!! Used it multiple times during our stay. Worth every penny that we paid for this clean, nice, updated condo in a great location!!

Great place with comfy beds!

Our first time at Watercolor. Perfect size for our family of 4. Fantastic location. We used the adult bikes and rented kids bikes from the business nearby. Comfortable bed, but the duvet could use a stain treatment. Amenities exactly as described. We didn’t cook much in the kitchen outside of breakfast, but it had what we needed. The only thing for watercolor first timers – the listing says the rental doesn’t have beach towels. So we packed an entire suitcase of beach towels and lugged it to FL only to find that the Beach Club and the other pools have free towels for guests – which made so much sense on why the listing doesn’t have beach towels. So don’t make our mistake and assume that means you need to bring your own. 🙂

Condo was ideal with wonderful central location to attend weekend wedding event; was walkable to tennis club, boat house, lake house, beach club. Condo was clean and comfortable and perfect for our weekend. Appreciated thoughtful amenities, very comfortable beds, and plenty of towels.

What an amazing & beautiful location. We really enjoyed splitting time between Camp WaterColor & WaterColor Beach Club. There are more than enough activities available to keep a family with young kids busy. WaterColor Beach Club is about a 5 minute walk from the unit & Camp WaterColor is a 5 minute drive. Camp WaterColor has 3 different pools to include a lazy river & 2 water slides.

The unit itself was spacious & accommodated our family of five nicely . The King beds were comfy.

Unfortunately, The unit shows its wear & tear. It wasn’t the cleanest either. It’s not ideal looking at other guest’s body hair while you are showering.

The units directly next to us were scheduled for painting on Saturday (our full day in the rental). The tranquility of the fountain across the street was drowned out by the constant humming of a diesel engine & beeping from the man lift the painters were using the whole day.

Overall, WaterColor & Oversee were fantastic. Thank you for the tumblers 🙂

Great location, very comfortable

Beautiful condo, great location to beach and pools, good communication from Oversee.

Salty Escape was a much needed getaway. The house was exactly as advertised and in a perfect location to enjoy Camp Watercolor plus all the other amenities. Nicole the owner was helpful and very easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Salty Escape for the win!

We were in town for a wedding at Seaside. The location of our condo was perfect and in walking distance close to everything!

Condo is really nice & clean and is in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. However, be prepared, you will hear noise from condo above. Every step & movement is heard pretty clearly. Not a deal breaker for us but definitely worth mentioning.

This place was great! It’s conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Plus having access to the Watercolor pool and beach club was amazing! The host was very responsive and easy to work with. The space is beautifully decorated and clean! We loved our stay!

Our stay at Park Place was wonderful and we intend to book on our next trip to 30A! The condo is spacious for multiple families and has a nice full kitchen and dining room for entertaining. The outdoor patios (one screened-in) were a major hit with our family. The unit is very convenient to multiple pools, the beach, and many different restaurants. Seaside is a short stroll (~10mins) and a nice place for families in the evenings. We hardly noticed any noise above as mentioned in other reviews and felt that it was no different than other units we have stayed in. Park Place certainly added to the enjoyment of our trip and the communication from management was timely and informative.

We enjoyed staying here. The location is fabulous. We loved sitting out on the porch and overlooking the park in the morning. It was clean and nicely decorated.

That said, the reviews did state that you could hear the tenants above and we really did. That was very true. There were kids above us and the noise was pretty bad at times.

There was not a hose to wash your feet at the one beach walkover to the left of the inn. It would be nice for the homeowners to install a wash up spot before you go into your unit. It would help. I didn’t particularly care for the stovetop. Just my preference and it seemed like even with the exhaust fan on the kitchen would get very smokey.

Again, this is a very nice unit. Just be aware of the noise above you.

Stayed here with my wife, two kids, my sister and her baby. Condo was the perfect size and the location cannot be beat! Will stay here again!

This was our first time in Water Color and Park Place was the perfect home base. Great location overlooking the park and a five minute walk to either the beach or the trail system. I was concerned there may be some road noise from 30a, but couldn’t hear any inside. You will hear your neighbors in the condo above, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The condo has been beautifully updated and all the furniture is decent quality. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is nicely equipped with good quality appliances. We loved the balcony and the screened in porch!The management company was very easy to deal with and was very responsive.

Great location nice condo!

The Park Place was the perfect rental for our family’s trip to Watercolor. The unit was beautifully renovated and furnished, and came equipped with everything you need to enjoy a Florida vacation with your family. It’s location was perfect as well with a short walk to numerous pools, the beach, wine bar, ice cream parlor and so much more.

Quite lovely condo great location!

We stayed at Park Place for 3 nights with our 3 children. It was absolutely gorgeous and in a prime location to the beach! We would love to return sometime! The hosts were helpful and responsive. The home was immaculate and had all the amenities could have wanted!

We had a terrific stay. It started with the experience of renting the condo, it was outstanding, the communication was excellent and the cleanliness of the condo was perfect. The condo was beautiful and the location perfect.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Park Place over Spring Break. The location right across the street from the Watercolor Beach Club is perfect. The condo was spacious and remodeled in very nice condition. The rental company was easy to work with. Our only concern, and something that would be difficult to remedy at this point, is the units obviously do not have great sound abatement between the floors, as you hear every time your upstairs neighbor walks. Just something to think about when choosing floors (opt for the highest one!)

This was our 1st time in watercolor. The location of the condo was perfect. We could walk to the beach and to the beach club pools. I would stay here again.

Nice place, perfect location.

Location was perfect and the property was very clean. Access to the beach club & camp watercolor and their 90 degree heated pools were a bonus during our December stay.

Park Place was beautifully decorated, plenty of space for a girls’ trip or small family. Two large bathrooms to spread out for a few days. Beds were comfy. Some noise from above, as stated in previous reviews, but no so much that it was bothersome, and never past bed time. Perfect location for access to WaterColor beach access and restaurants. Nice walk or bike ride to Seaside. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a great experience working with Oversee, and we were THRILLED with Park Place when we arrived. Roomy, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and located so conveniently close to everything we wanted to do! The app we were told to use for our stay made everything easy, and we received steady communication from Oversee that made us feel well taken care of and attended to. Overall just a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to go back!

Oversees was WONDERFUL and so accommodating!

The staff at oversee were readily available for our every need. When we arrived on the property, the outdoor lights were not turned on which made it difficult to punch in the door code. I contacted them through text and the lights were turned on in a matter of 15 minutes. They were also able to accommodate a late check out time and was very prompt in their response.The location of the condo was very convenient to the Watercolor resort as well as the Lakehouse reception venue. It is also very close to ‘downtown’ seaside. We would come back and stay again.

My family and I love Park Place. We have stayed here many times. We love the location most of all! It is a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We were disappointed to see the bedroom carpets in need of replacement. Master bedroom shower was moldy as was the rim on the washing machine. Park Place needed a facelift. Hope to return to our happy place.

First time in Watercolor and we had a great time. The condo was in great condition and in a great location with balcony overlooking the boulevard. Great for early morning coffee. It’s a great place to bring the kids. We felt completely safe letting our 10yr old walk to our friends condo by herself. Will be going back for sure!

Great rental and beautifully decorated! Wonderful location as we could walk to the beach and Seaside pretty quickly. As noted with other reviewers, you could hear footsteps from the property above, but it did not bother us too much. Oversee was great to work with and extremely professional.

We stayed here for a wedding in Watercolor and had a great experience. We were able to check in a bit early, and everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. Super close to Watercolor and liked that they provided bikes for us too. Would recommend to others!

Loved the location and the condo worked perfectly for our family of 4! Watercolor is beautiful, lots to do. The two bikes that came with the condo were a great addition, the kids biked the paths all around Watercolor and Seaside. Easy walk to Seaside and loved the park being across the street from the condo and the balcony! The condo was well equipped and the sleeping was comfortable. The ease of accessing the condo (keypad) and the app made everything so easy. I would definitely contact Oversee again since everything was so easy and well done. The condo was very nicely kept and clean. The only issue was that you can indeed hear every step above. It didn’t bother us too much, since it seemed that our sleep times were the same.

We had an absolute wonderful stay and and a wonderful experience with Oversee Rentals. We will definitely be back.

Excellent and quick responses

This property has a great location, very comfortable and felt roomy for a condo. The only real negative was being able to hear every footstep from the folks in the unit above. For this price, I was not expecting that.

What a perfect condo! It was clean, inviting and cozy. Has the best view and in the best location! We will definitely be trying to book this same place every time we come! Loved having the app to tell me everything before I arrived and the managers were easy to reach if anything was wrong. 100% recommend this place!

Park Place was a fantastic rental. We had an issue with the door lock code not working and called the emergency line. Within 60 seconds, I had a return call with a different code and we were able to get in. The customer service from start to finish was top tier. We will definitely be back and use Oversee again in the near future.

Everything was perfect except for the noise that comes from the unit upstairs. If anyone is walking around, you can hear every step- unfortunately for us, the unit upstairs woke up at 5:30 most mornings. Besides that we loved the unit and it was in great shape.

Unit location is the best in watercolor. It is steps from beach, wine bar, and shopping. What more could you want!! We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the gardens and water fountain. Very relaxing after a wonderful day at the beach.

Property was great, location was awesome. Only issue we had was with wifi other than that it was awesome!!!

We stayed a week at Park Place and had an absolutely splendid time. The property is very comfortable and has a great beach decor. My wife and 2 daughters (ages 11 and 12) found everything we needed at the unit during our stay. Could easily add 2 people to our group using the sofa sleeper and still not feel crowded. We did a little cooking and the unit had everything we needed in the kitchen and the appliances were all clean and in excellent working condition. We slept well in the beds which had nice sheets and pillows. The showers were great with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The AC kept the unit plenty cool day and night and ceiling fans add the extra breeze if you prefer. The unit is really quite spacious – each room has ample space. WiFi access throughout the unit was good during our stay. Washer/dryer in the bathroom was very convenient. The front deck was nice to relax or read or watch a few storms pass through. Super location only a couple short blocks from the beach. Parking in rear of building was convenient. Elevator access to the 2nd floor is available but we typically took the easy walk up the stairs. Some reviews I read on this unit prior to our stay mentioned the noise level from the unit above, but other than the normal amount of foot traffic, I didn’t find the noise offensive or bothersome at all. As long as there isn’t a frat party above you, all should be well. We made one non-urgent service call to Oversee during our stay and they responded promptly within the same day. My impression is that Oversee does an outstanding job in their property management. I hope we have the opportunity to return to Watercolor and Park Place in the not too distant future.

Enjoyed our stay at Park Place. The recently renovated condo is wonderfully decorated and fit our needs perfectly! Loved being close enough to walk to the beach!

Beautiful and spacious Water Color second floor condo. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very large and there is also a large walk in closet in the master bathroom. We liked the porch and balcony. The location is close to the main town center and the beach, but the unit was quiet and private. Elevator helped with luggage.

This is a great condo in a wonderful location. Just a few tweaks from being perfect and not bad enough to not rate as a 5 star experience. The condo is very clean; beds are comfortable and the management company adds little touches to make your stay a breeze (soap, shampoo, lip balm, trash bags, paper towels, etc.) We used the included bikes to go to Publix and the pool. We did experience quite a bit of noise from the people staying above. Also, the kitchen supplies could be updated – only 2 wine glasses, rusty can opener and cookie sheet and peeling frying pans. It would be helpful if some instructions were included about the beach chair and umbrella set up. We were left to figure that out on our own and were embarrassed by sitting in the wrong area on the beach. These were all very minor issues and did not detract from our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful week and would definitely return. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!

I have to start by saying that this was my family’s favorite vacation that we have ever had together. Upon arriving, we were excited to say the least about checking out our little getaway for the week and were concerned when we had to wait after check in time to get in the unit. Once we got the go ahead we realized it was totally worth the wait!! The very nice woman cleaning had to take a little extra time and I tell you that this place was spotless!! I am extremely particular about this sort of thing and I was very impressed. The two bedrooms could not be an cozier and was perfect for my husband, myself and our two boys. Everything that we needed was right there for us. The washer and dryer worked perfectly and the kitchen was great also. Probably my favorite part of this unit is the balcony that overlooks the open grassy area. This was the best because my boys could go down in the mornings and throw the football while my husband and I would watch them from the balcony while having our coffee. Also, there is a Farmer’s Market that set up right below the unit on one of the mornings. They had everything from clothes, jewelry, smoothies and fresh bread… How fun!!! This unit is very close to the beach access and pool. We rode our bicycles but you could walk as well. Our favorite thing to do in the evening was to ride our bikes in to Seaside and have dinner there at one of many restaurants and food trucks. I do think that the bicycles that come along with the rental of this unit could be a little nicer and you can occasionally hear the guests staying in the unit above this one but neither of these are deal breakers for me. I loved this place and sure hope that we can repeat our trip again this year. Thank you for an amazing first experience in Watercolor!!

Oversee Rental did a nice job and made this rental an easy one. Park Place was a nice property and we really enjoyed it. The negatives were: (1) thin floors-we could all to easily hear every step from those staying above us, which made sleeping difficult; (2) the air conditioner was loud and (2) the hot water heater was of limited capacity so the family had to carefully stage shower taking.

This property was beautifully furnished and decorated, very clean, and in the perfect location for our visit to Watercolor. We used the two bikes every day as well as the balcony and screened porch. Only 2 blocks from the beach and a pool, it was perfectly located for our beach vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park Place in beautiful Watercolor. The condo was clean and we loved the fresh decor and bright sea glass colors. Kitchen was well stocked and amenities very nice. We absolutely loved the location and sitting on the porch with the view of the park. We enjoyed all the walking paths and bike trails. A 5 minute walk to the beach which was beautiful with tremendous sunsets. We rode our bikes to shops, parks and restaurants. Oversee was a pleasure to deal with. We are definitely going back to Park Place ifor future vacations.

In a word — amazing!!

Great location. Unit was clean and well stocked. I did hear the upstairs unit but it was not a problem. Decor was cute!

This was our first time to WaterColor. We stayed six nights at Park Place and could not have been happier. The condo was very clean, beautiful and the location is perfect. The pictures do not do this condo justice. We all loved riding the bikes everyday throughout the neighborhood, to the beach, beach club, shopping, dining and to Seaside. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch, having dinner outside and on Sunday the Farmers Market which was right outside in front of our condo. I would recommend a ceiling fan or two on the porch, otherwise the unit was perfect and we will definitely be back.

This rental is perfect. We are a family of 4, and it provided ample room for us to move about, have some privacy, etc. It’s very well maintained. You can tell it’s been updated very recently. It’s decorated beautifully. The pics shown do not do it justice. The beds are super comfy! The kitchen is well equipped to dine in. And the screened in porch, and the front porch are awesome! We used it multiple times a day. We will return! And the location was the best if you aren’t staying directly on the beach. We could easily get everywhere on foot with a toddler in tow.

We were there over the Seaside Half Marathon weekend and loved the location of the condo. We loved having the bicycles there to use, and it was convenient to get to local shops, restaurants, and race activities. We did not use our car the whole time!! The condo was beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The management and owners were great to work with-could not ask for better service!!! We were very pleased with this place and will return to the beach soon!!!

We stayed at Park Place to attend the wedding of a close friend at Water color. We were very pleased with Park Place and its location in relation to the wedding and reception held at the Boat House. I have no problem recommending Park Place. However, for a summer beach vacation, I would prefer being a little closer to the beach with a little less walking distance.

We loved our Thanksgiving stay at Park Place. There was so many events on 30A and we were right in the center of the activity. The location couldn’t be better. The condo was extremely spacious for the 4 of us. We were within a short walk to the beach, Watercolor Town Center or Seaside. The only negative thing we experienced was some heavy stomping from the neighbors on the 3rd floor. (This is a second floor unit.) But that was a minor issue and not enough to call this anything but a 5 star experience.

Everything about this rental and its surroundings met our expectations including the sea, the beach, the community and the condo itself which was very well positioned for us to enjoys it all.

The condo is beautiful and the location is amazing! The furniture is very nice and is very well equipped. It has a screened in porch and an open one so it is perfect. The beds were not very comfortable but it is a great statement. Lved the fact that you check and our online and there is a keypad great for not having to remember keys.

Park Place is located close to shopping, the beach, excellent restaurants and biking paths!! The condo has all the comforts of home, bright decor and the deck over looks the park and is so relaxing for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails!! We will definitely be returning! Oversee Rental was very professional to use from initial reservation to checking in and out of the property.

This condo is bright, clean, comfortable and close to the Inn and beachs. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch after a day at the beach, a ceiling fan and an additional chair on the porch would have been a plus otherwise the unit was perfect. We will be back!

It was our first time to Watercolor/Seaside We had a most enjoyable week ! This condo was just perfect for my husband, 2 teenage daughters and I. The owners have thought of the extras to make you feel welcome.

Our experience was absolutely wonderful! The property was immaculate, beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The manager allowed us to enter early and was available should any problems arise…but there were no problems. We had one of the best vacations we have ever had! Watercolor is beautiful! We really loved the location of the property being so close to the shops, beach club and beach. Being able to rent bikes to go around the community was really fun. The beach and pool were were beautiful and service was outstanding! We will come back!!

Three nights over the Labor Day Weekend. Great location and easy access to everything. Large 2 BDR. Only two things come to mind that were minor items to bring up: 1) the AC unit is in the closet in the room. It was louder than expected when it was running, 2) The renters above us on the 3rd floor were load and every footstep was heard. But, this is what you get (and should expect) in this type of arrangement.

We had a very relaxing week on the beach in Watercolor recently and the condo at Park Place was very comfortable and the location was absolutely superb! A short bike ride took us anywhere we needed to go. The condo was outfitted just right … perfect for our family of four!

Park Place offered us the perfect beach vacation. The location is perfect. It allows you to look out over the beautiful gardens but still only a very short walk to the beach. The floor plan offers privacy, as well as room for togetherness. Park Place is well equipped with anything you could possibly need for your stay. Oversee Rental is a great company to work with, as they are very organized and responsive to their guests. We love Park Place!

Stayed at Park Place in Watercolor, FL for a week with my husband abd three children. This condo was in a great location. Just a few minutes to the beach. It was decorated lovely and was very clean. We would stay here again when we return!

Overall Park Place was very nice and has a great location. I would recommend wearing earplugs to avoid being woken up by the stomping and running in the condo above.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Watercolor. The accommodations were perfectly located for the wedding ceremony and reception. The overall feel of the area was very welcoming with many sights to see and activities to enjoy.

This vacation was one of the best our family has ever taken. We loved the location of the condo, the entire Watercolor community and especially the pools and beach. Oversee did a wonderful job and the Oversee app was great too. Thank you for making this a great vacation!

Great location and very nice size for four people.

This was our first visit to Watercolor and first time using VRBO/Oversee. We have always stayed in resorts or hotels. The property was great! It was nicer than the pictures. The location was also great and the amenities in the area along with the beach club were are all first class. Unfortunately we were there a week it decided to rain steady starting our first day there, for 5 days straight, and over 25″…. I know the weather is out of anyone’s control on vacation, as it has happened to us before. The main difference staying in this property vs a resort or hotel, is that after 3 days of solid rain with more predicted for the next several days, and not being able to use the beach, the facilities, or even go to shops and eat out since most of the shops and restaurants were all closed, we finally decided to leave early. Had we been in a hotel we could have simply checked out early. In this case we had already paid for the entire week as required by the property management company. I asked that they contact the property owners to see if we could at least get a credit of some type for the hundreds of dollars for the 2 unused nights which we had prepaid, to use at a future date, as we would most definitely want to return, as we were very happy with the property and location. The answer was a simple; yes, this was probably the worst weather ever in the area, but no we will not provide any consideration for your loss. I asked the management company if they would contact the property owners on this decision, and the answer was simply; no, we make those decisions for them.I would suggest that before you consider renting a property through this company rather than a hotel, you consider that you could lose hundreds of dollars if there is any interruption in your trip for any reason, as they apparently consider no reasons acceptable for providing any kind of allowance.

Fantastic property. Location could not be any better. Everything you want a short walk or bike ride away. Without hesitation would stay here again.

Beautiful convenient to the beach and comfortable.

We had a last minute vacation opportunity and Scott from Oversee rentals was able to get us set up in a great place and perfect location. We were extremely grateful. Would definitely use Oversee again!

Great getaway!

We had a great time! The condo’s location cannot be beat- it is also very clean. My only criticism(and I know we visited in the offseason) is no one seemed to know what pools were open, clean and/or heated. It was comical. Mainly on the part of the Watercolor Inn staff-they had no idea what was happening! One day the Beach Club pool was open-the next, closed-the next, they said it would be open, and it wasn’t. We were sent to the Sandhill pool because it was heated. We showed up and it not only unheated but filthy. We spent most of our time on the beach and at Camp Watercolor. Overall a great stay, in a great place. We would do it again as long as everyone promised to keep up the pool shell game.

My family visited Park Place for Thanksgiving 2013. This location is fabulous and within walking distance to all attractions for Watercolor and Seaside. I would recommend this unit to anyone that desires a comfortable condo in Watercolor.

Very nice condo in perfect location. Oversee was very accommodating in letting us in a little early since our flight got in early. My only suggestion would be to ask the cleaning service to leave extra soap for bathrooms. Really enjoyed our stay!

I must say this was the smoothest and most enjoyable rental property vacation that we have experienced. Andrew was very attentive answering all our questions and keeping us informed prior to our stay. Upon arrival, I was extremely pleased to find the beautiful condo absolutely spotless! The location was very convenient to the beach, shopping, Seaside and walking in the garden. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Oversee Rentals is a great example of excellent customer service. One of my favorites. Very relaxing atmosphere

This was our first time to Watercolor; however, it will not be our last visit. Upon arrival I had the pleasure of meeting the homeowner. She was most gracious and took to the time to help me become acclimated to the area.The property was perfectly located. It was very easy to get to move back and forth between Watercolor and Seaside. I loved the combination lock and the Oversee Application.

Great Location. Very clean and comfortable. Rental had everything needed and the property owner was readily available by text for the few questions we had. Very nice squirrel on the deck that would sit and look into the condo and kept my kids entertained. Only problem was the loud thumping from the kids on the third floor. It kept us up at night. We should have said something to them but …. felt uncomfortable doing so.

The property has a fantastic layout; and was beautifully furnished. I like the “no key”, coded entry. It was very convenient; and I didn’t have to worry about a key. The only reason I did not rate my overall stay 5 stars is through no fault of the property or management. It is because whoever was in the unit above me walk around like an 800 pound gorilla in a marching band. It was REALLY bad. The light fixtures and things mounted on the wall foyer would rattle. And it was constant; would go on for an hour at a time. A note left at their door was ignored. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

The home was lovely and in a great location. The elevator’s location just outside the door was a great plus for my 84-year-old mom!I definitely recommend this property!!!

Andrew at Oversee did a great job preparing for our arrival with bikes and crib delivery and also taking care of a minor item or two that came up after we arrived. the Condo was spacious, clean, well stocked, and close to the beach. we would certainly stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The pictures make it look very cute & quaint online, but it was actually much more spacious than I had anticipated. Great location…pretty accurate on the “300 steps to beach” (our kids counted). It was nice to have access to the resort pool/beach club, but we were disappointed that this did not include other amenities such as Camp Watercolor for kids. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Love at first site. The location is PRIME. You cannot beat where this condo is located. Easy access to everything – short walk to the beach, short walk to shops in WaterColor and Seaside. Right on the wonderful park. We will return. Only small issue is that you can hear people shuffling around on the unit above this one. Not an issue unless they are moving around at 5:30am.

Park Place is the perfect vacation spot in Watercolor. Easy walk to shops, food and beach!!We love to bike and enjoy the porch view!

Beautiful condo with well-equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend this rental
