Welcome to Nor'easter 30A, a charming and family-friendly vacation home in Santa Rosa Beach. Enjoy easy access to pristine white sand beaches, with Gulfview Heights public beach access a short walk away, conveniently located across from our neighborhood entrance.

The home is also within walking distance of several popular restaurants and shops, such as Gulf Place, Local Catch, and Shunk Gully. Take advantage of the complimentary street-legal golf cart. It’s perfect for transporting your beach gear.

The first floor includes a video game space with a 50" TV, Xbox, and four comfortable beanbag seats. On the second floor is the spacious living room, dining room, half bathroom, and kitchen - all with plenty of room for all.

Additionally, there's a cozy bedroom with a full-size bed.

On the third floor, the spacious primary bedroom features a large en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, stand-alone shower, and a luxurious jetted tub - perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

Across the hallway is the bunk room, with two sets of twin over twin bunks and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A convenient washer and dryer closet is down the hall.

Nor'easter 30A has recently been upgraded with new patio furniture, TVs, and decor. The inviting interior spaces are complemented by a backyard and balconies off the second-floor living area and primary bedroom.

Just across the street, is the beloved Goatfeathers Seafood Restaurant and Under The Sea Ice Cream Shop, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of your stay. We adore this area and are confident that you will too!
