Casa Playa, a cozy getaway in Seagrove Beach, is perfect for your next anniversary or small family vacation. Your crew will love the private pool! A screened-in porch and natural landscape surround the home.
Sitting just off scenic 30A, you’re just a short walk or bike ride to the San Juan Beach Access. Minutes away, you’ll find dining and shopping in the popular Seaside community.
Inside, the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on separate floors of the home with separate exterior entrances. There is no interior staircase connecting the floors.
This setup works well for two couples, or a family with grandparents, or older kids who want to stay together while retaining some privacy.
When arriving at the home, a pathway on the left will lead you to the exterior door for the ground-level bedroom. This guest room, queen, has a TV and a private bathroom with a shower.
On the right side of the driveway, a gate leads to a tropical oasis. Lounge and dine around your private pool (optional heat)! Enjoy the completely enclosed outdoor shower.
The exterior staircase leads to the home's main floor. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating. The living area has lots of comfy seating, as well as a daybed and sleeper sofa.
French doors between the living and dining areas open to a screened-in porch.
Nearby is a primary bedroom, king, and en suite bath, with a large tub/shower combo. A bonus feature is an available garage, a space perfect for storing bikes, beach chairs, and sandy toys.

We had a lovely family stay at this place. We have small children so used the fold out couch upstairs instead of the standalone room downstairs. Highlight was the use of the golf cart. Hairdryer didn‚’t work but was offered to be replaced once notified. Very responsive company.

We enjoyed this cute little property, complete with a golf cart & bikes which made it even better! We do wish the kitchen had more pots & pans as we found ourselves needing more than provided when cooking dinner. There were also no trash bags and a few other household items missing that we needed which was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall it was a great property and stay.

The description of how the rooms were seperated as two different apartments could have been explained better in the ad vs after we had already booked a few day before we arrived we found out that it was two seperate residences in the same building.
It’s not that big of a deal for us.
But if someone had younger kids and planned on having the kids stay downstairs it would be a challenge.
The golf cart and bike were wonderful.
The bed was comfortable.

Loved the property! It was perfect for us! The private pool is so nice to get some sun and cool off in the water when summer showers pop up and/or the ocean is closed (double red flags) as was the case for majority of our trip. The golf cart is a very nice amenity which borderlines on a necessity in these lovely beach towns; also made it so much easier to get to and from the beach. The bed was so comfortable but all of the natural light led to early wake up calls, but we didn’t mind. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our first time going down to 30A. The area was a perfect location. The public beach was right across the street from us. Ride a bike or take the golf cart, everything was convenient. The house was adorable. and just the right size for us all. The kids had a blast.

PERFECT getaway for just the two of us! The pool was great and we used it every day! The outside showers was refreshing so we didn’t even use the indoor shower. Although the bathroom has a beautiful deep soak tub! We were able to park our car at the end of our block in the morning so we could spend the day at the beach! It was a great vacation!!

Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay.
The intimate pool was fantastic. Super clean and the temp was perfect! The kids enjoyed it so much. The location was one of the best parts. The house is tucked away in a very private lot, while also still having everything you need a small bike ride away, from the beach access, to seaside for lunch and fun. I was not aware that the second bedroom was not directly attached to the main living area. You had to walk around the house outside and up the stairs to get to the main living area, so our children could not use that bedroom. However, there was a day bed in the living room so it all worked out nicely. For older kids or family, the separate bedroom space would work perfectly. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future and definitely will recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing long weekend at Casa Verde, where you have your own heated pool, bikes to ride, and close proximity to beach & eateries. Casa Verde is located on a quiet street, but still close to the action. My favorite part is the outdoor shower. Will definitely be back!
