Casa Playa, a cozy getaway in Seagrove Beach, is perfect for your next anniversary or small family vacation. Your crew will love the private pool! A screened-in porch and natural landscape surround the home.
Sitting just off scenic 30A, you’re just a short walk or bike ride to the San Juan Beach Access. Minutes away, you’ll find dining and shopping in the popular Seaside community.
Inside, the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are on separate floors of the home with separate exterior entrances. There is no interior staircase connecting the floors.
This setup works well for two couples, or a family with grandparents, or older kids who want to stay together while retaining some privacy.
When arriving at the home, a pathway on the left will lead you to the exterior door for the ground-level bedroom. This guest room, queen, has a TV and a private bathroom with a shower.
On the right side of the driveway, a gate leads to a tropical oasis. Lounge and dine around your private pool (optional heat)! Enjoy the completely enclosed outdoor shower.
The exterior staircase leads to the home's main floor. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating. The living area has lots of comfy seating, as well as a daybed and sleeper sofa.
French doors between the living and dining areas open to a screened-in porch.
Nearby is a primary bedroom, king, and en suite bath, with a large tub/shower combo. A bonus feature is an available garage, a space perfect for storing bikes, beach chairs, and sandy toys.
At Casa Playa, the warmth of hospitality awaits. Our dedicated team at Oversee 30A, a local company, is committed to ensuring your stay is nothing short of exceptional. We strive for perfection and are just a stone's throw away should you require any assistance. Reach out to us anytime, seven days a week, with the added peace of a 24/7 emergency line.

The property is at a nice location. The beach is amazingly beautiful. I’m thankful the property had bicycles for use. They came in handy.

Great location. Absolutely beautiful beach.
Airbnb
Very charming beach house ! Extremely clean and my family felt right at home . Plenty of restaurants in walkable distance as well as the beautiful beach ! My family was very pleased with this location and would definitely come back and stay again.
Airbnb
We had the best time at this air b and b- couldn’t say enough good !
Airbnb
Wonderful stay! Was a perfect place for our getaway – the bikes and the golf cart was a bonus! Great location but felt very private
Airbnb
Cozy beach cottage, nice amenities!
Airbnb
The location was fantastic and we really chose this location because it came with the golf cart. The golf cart was an excellent addition to the property and was our main mode of transportation.
The secondary bedroom was not accessible from the main living area. You had to access the second bedroom from the outside rear of the home. This is not ideal for children. I only realized this after arriving to the location. I wish I had read the reviews prior to booking to know that as we had a child that we could not leave in that room without access to us. They do have a day bed in the living room to make up for it, however, there is only one bathroom in the upstairs main living area tied to the master bedroom.
Also, like most Florida homes, you do have to climb a set of stairs to access the main living area. This was not a problem for us, but must be noted for anyone who’d have issues with stairs.
Overall, we had a great vacation.

Thank you so much. The room was great. Location was wonderful. Service was great. Staff were doing a great job. The only thing I had the problem was the air condition but they already take care of it. Hopefully, I will see you all next year but thank you so much and I recommend you to all my friends and family. God bless you all.
Airbnb
We had a lovely family stay at this place. We have small children so used the fold out couch upstairs instead of the standalone room downstairs. Highlight was the use of the golf cart. Hairdryer didn‚’t work but was offered to be replaced once notified. Very responsive company.
Vrbo
We enjoyed this cute little property, complete with a golf cart & bikes which made it even better! We do wish the kitchen had more pots & pans as we found ourselves needing more than provided when cooking dinner. There were also no trash bags and a few other household items missing that we needed which was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall it was a great property and stay.
Vrbo
Exactly as described! Great location! The pool was fun! The golf cart was an added bonus. Will definitely stay here again!

Oversee never disappoints!
Airbnb
The house was perfect for my family of 4. The pool was heated to perfect temperature for spring break. The golf cart and bikes that came with the house was the best part of the rental.

We loved staying with Oversee, they customer service and response time is so fast and greatly appreciated!

We loved this cute little cottage for our anniversary weekend. 10/10 will be back!

This place feels like home! The location was quiet and private but still so close to the beach and to Seaside. The golf cart was one of the biggest perks for us! We were able to drive it pretty much everywhere. The Oversee welcome bags with soap and beach towels were a nice touch! Overall loved the stay, it was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

Airbnb
We loved our stay in this vacation home! It was conveniently located walking distance to the beach and super close to Watercolor. Perfect house with tons of amenities. I highly recommend!!!
Airbnb
It was nice,
The description of how the rooms were seperated as two different apartments could have been explained better in the ad vs after we had already booked a few day before we arrived we found out that it was two seperate residences in the same building.
It’s not that big of a deal for us.
But if someone had younger kids and planned on having the kids stay downstairs it would be a challenge.
The golf cart and bike were wonderful.
The bed was comfortable.
Vrbo
Loved the property! It was perfect for us! The private pool is so nice to get some sun and cool off in the water when summer showers pop up and/or the ocean is closed (double red flags) as was the case for majority of our trip. The golf cart is a very nice amenity which borderlines on a necessity in these lovely beach towns; also made it so much easier to get to and from the beach. The bed was so comfortable but all of the natural light led to early wake up calls, but we didn’t mind. I would absolutely stay here again!
Airbnb
The place was fantastic. At a great location and the golf cart was a must.
Would definitely return, we loved the Santa Rosa area.
Vrbo
Our first time going down to 30A. The area was a perfect location. The public beach was right across the street from us. Ride a bike or take the golf cart, everything was convenient. The house was adorable. and just the right size for us all. The kids had a blast.
Airbnb
The place was exactly as described was perfect for our family. They were quick to respond to all questions we had, and the check-out process couldn’t have been easier.
Airbnb
Awesome place and exactly as described would come back for sure!!
Airbnb
Such a cute place to stay! Loved the pool!
Airbnb
PERFECT getaway for just the two of us! The pool was great and we used it every day! The outside showers was refreshing so we didn’t even use the indoor shower. Although the bathroom has a beautiful deep soak tub! We were able to park our car at the end of our block in the morning so we could spend the day at the beach! It was a great vacation!!
Airbnb
Great spot in quiet neighborhood, short walk or bike ride to beach access.
Airbnb
It was great great for kids and friends
Airbnb
Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay.
The intimate pool was fantastic. Super clean and the temp was perfect! The kids enjoyed it so much. The location was one of the best parts. The house is tucked away in a very private lot, while also still having everything you need a small bike ride away, from the beach access, to seaside for lunch and fun. I was not aware that the second bedroom was not directly attached to the main living area. You had to walk around the house outside and up the stairs to get to the main living area, so our children could not use that bedroom. However, there was a day bed in the living room so it all worked out nicely. For older kids or family, the separate bedroom space would work perfectly. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future and definitely will recommend.

We had a great time. I would come back and stay

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing long weekend at Casa Verde, where you have your own heated pool, bikes to ride, and close proximity to beach & eateries. Casa Verde is located on a quiet street, but still close to the action. My favorite part is the outdoor shower. Will definitely be back!
