Naut 4 Sail is an amazing stay! Our dogs and family felt like we were at a home away from home. The community pool was super close so easy for my littles to walk to. The golf cart amenity was one of the biggest perks in our eyes. The private beach access doesn’t really mean anything because of the private beach territory but the very next access to the right is a public access and public beach so we had no issues setting our stuff up on the beach. There are five flights of stairs for the beach access so if you are looking for a more handicap friendly access there is a public one past Alys beach 10 minutes away. The house was very clean and spacious. The outside porch and swing were used every day for naps and people watching. We needed a new propane tank and they came to fix the issue within the same day. You are close to almost everything you want to be. You can ride the provided bikes up to Rosemary and Alys beach area. (They do not allow golf carts to park at the shops). You can ride the golf cart to the right towards the Big Chill and other areas. We drove to Panama City one evening for the pier and shops and another day to Destin for all of their numerous attractions. We loved our stay so much we booked an additional day to the end of our vacation.

This house is exactly as listed . The pool is close by and beach is walking distance . Property came with bike and golf cart . Absolutely love this neighborhood. House is spacious and the covered deck is perfect.
