Welcome to MareSea, a gorgeous home in the ultimate walkabout 30A community of NatureWalk. With the perfect balance of a prime, walkabout location, incredible views, and endless activities, this is 30A’s new “it” community.

In addition to the amenity-rich Gathering Place, you’ll have access to the Lilly Lane beach trail, and the 15,000-acre Point Washington State Forest. And right next door?

Basketball and pickleball courts, so the kids can play while you kick back on the porch.

Inside, the open living space is stylish and comfy. The first bedroom is a primary suite with a king bed, private bath, and a smart TV for lazy movie nights. The kitchen has GE Café appliances and all the essentials for whipping up your favorite meals. With seating for eight at the dining table, plus more at the island and on the patio, there’s plenty of room for everyone.

Upstairs, you’ll find a lounge with a daybed and twin trundle, perfect for chill time. Step out onto the screened-in balcony where the whole family can relax. There’s also a guest room with a queen bed, a fun bunkroom, and a shared full bathroom. At the end of the hall, the second primary suite comes with a king bed, private bath, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower.

When you’re ready to explore , NatureWalk is surrounded by Point Washington State Forest, with trails for biking and hiking. And when it’s time for restaurants, shopping, or a little seaside charm, Seaside is just 2.5 miles away. Enjoy!

The place is great. Wonderful furnishings, very nice community. Only negative was tvs- there were no instructions and each tv has a different platform (youtub tv, netflix, etc). It say cable but there is no cable. Other than, it was awesome. Would stay again

This was our third stay in the Nature Walk neighborhood and the first time to stay at Maresea. We were there the week leading up to the Memorial Day weekend. The house was excellent. We were a little hesitant to book at first because we thought it might be loud being that it is next to the pickle ball court. But we were so glad we did stay there. It turned out to be really fun being next to the court. We could easily check on when the court was available. It was not loud at all (also, the courts are not lit at night so they are not in use past dusk) And it was fun to watch others play from the back porch. The house had a lot of room, was nicely furnished, and we really enjoyed the screened in porches. Also, the management company was very nice to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay in Santa Rosa Beach over Spring Break was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and comfort of the home.

The location of the house was perfect and the home itself provided a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The customer service we received from the property management team was exceptional.

Overall, our experience at the Mare Sea house in Santa Rosa Beach exceeded all of our expectations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation with kids and grandkids. Plenty of room and space for everyone. MareSea is beautiful and has all the amenities you want and need. Loved having the basketball and pickleball courts right next to us. We rode bikes all through the neighborhood and on the trails. GREAT get away!

My family had a great week at Mare Sea in the Nature Walk neighborhood! We have stayed at a couple different properties in Nature Walk over the past 3 years and this place is our favorite. The house is well-maintained and very cozy. There are plenty of seating areas and throw pillows and pleasant decor throughout. We found the home to be very clean. We liked the screened-in front and upper-level porches. We also appreciated the management company placing shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and SPF lip balm in all the bathrooms. We used two of the provided bikes and they worked well. We were also happy to find one of the bikes had an attached trailer which could carry two small children, but we used it to carry our cooler and bags to the beach. We enjoyed the location right next to the basketball/pickleball courts. we did not find it disturbing at all when other guests were using the courts and we used them almost every day, as well. We were happy to find the kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. We tend to cook several meals throughout the week and have been disappointed with other properties in the past. A note to feature guests, there are no basic pantry items. You should plan to bring your own oil and seasonings for any cooking. I also did buy coffee filters to use with the drip coffee machine and there’s also a Keurig machine. The rental company did leave a complementary package of ground coffee from a local roaster, which was nice. We keep coming back to Nature Walk because we love the community pools (Gathering Place) and the convenient location with a short bike ride through the state park to the beach. Favorite places in the area: Sun Dog books, Cocina Cubana, Old Florida Fish House, bike rides and hikes through Point Washington and Grayton state parks. I will try to book this home again for future trips!

The home was very nice, clean, and well kept. Plenty of space for the 7 people we had. The bedroom with the bunk bed is on the small size, but otherwise rooms are great. We loved the location next to the pickleball/basketball courts. The screened porches are great. We would recommend renting a golf cart. It is about 10 minute drive to the beach (by either car or golf cart) and the same time or less (more direct route) by bike.

MareSea is an incredible house! We loved every bit of our stay. It is impeccably maintained and includes everything you’ll need. We walked the easy mile-ish to the beach one evening and drove the rest of the time with all of the beach toys/chairs. It’s a short drive with adequate parking at the end. It’s very close to the grocery store, shops, and restaurants. The house is very well-decorated, clean, bright, and comfortable. The neighborhood pool is very close and a great option if you don’t want to go all the way to the beach. The staff at the management company is very easy and friendly to work with. They included a book in the living room with recommendations and resources for the area, which was very helpful. There’s even a sweet note in there from the owners of the house! Overall, I would very highly recommend MareSea if you’re looking in the area. We will most definitely be back again as soon as we can make it happen!

We loved our stay at MareSea. The house was beautiful and worked well for our family of seven. One of the reasons we chose this house was for the two screened-in porches. Both were enjoyed by reading books, eating dinners and playing games. We also loved the neighborhood. It was so quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. My husband borrowed a ladder from one of the neighbors to fix the basketball hoop that was next to the house. The location was perfect! We were close to everything we wanted to do like going to the beach and visiting places like Seaside and Rosemary. We definitely would go back. We have no complaints.

We enjoyed the amenities of the community and the close location to Seaside. The home is decorated in such a way that it invites rest and relaxation. I can’t say enough about Mare Sea and the entire community of Nature Walk. The Mare Sea home is beautiful and it came with every amenity you’d ever want from a beach home. The decor is spot on and the comfort of the beds and the furniture is marvelous. Nature Walk is so nice and well-maintained. What a treasure! We will be back next year.

We had three generations of our family with us and everyone found activities they enjoyed. The centrally located swimming pools were never crowded, with sunny and shaded areas to lounge. The condition of our home and furnishings was very good. The only hitch in the whole week was that we ran out of propane for the grill in the middle of cooking dinner, and it couldn’t be delivered until the next day. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to others.

The home is beautiful with great appliances and amenities. The only complaint I have about the home is there may need to be a bug company come out. Ants were in the house, seems to be coming from under the baseboards.
