Surrounded by well-maintained landscaping and first-class amenities, this is an exceptional spot for a family getaway. The home sleeps up to 10 guests, with the stunning Gulf beaches close by.
Inside, you’ll find ship-lap walls, 100-year-old reclaimed heart pine flooring, a chef’s kitchen, and a 4th-floor observation tower. Large windows fill the space with natural light, bringing a bright and airy coastal vibe across all four levels.
The main floor features an open kitchen, dining, and living area. This is an incredible space, open and inviting, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
There’s also a cozy seating nook beneath the dramatic stairway, and a primary bedroom, king, with an en suite bath.
Step out to the screened porch, which extends the living space and offers a great spot to enjoy the outdoors in comfort. TA grill is out here, with plenty of seating.
Upstairs, the second level has two guest bedrooms, queen, each with its own bathroom, plus an open bunk room. A second living area with twin bunks, a laundry room, and a balcony with neighborhood views make this space both functional and relaxing.
The third level offers a flexible bonus room with seating and a TV, while the fourth-floor observation tower provides a perfect spot to soak in the WaterColor scenery. A very unique space.
Yes, there’s a beautiful carriage house also, complete with a primary bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and an open living space with a full kitchen. Quiet and private!
