We give full refunds for cancellations outside of 60 days from check-in (for some homes, 30 days). Please refer to each home regarding its specific policy. Some OTA’s (VRBO, Airbnb, etc.) may require different cancellation policies. Please refer to those if you have booked our properties through their sites.
Payment
50% is due at time of booking, remaining balance is due 60 days from check-in (some homes are 30-days). To know which, please refer to that home’s cancellation policy. We accept all major credit cards.

Resident comedian, Jason Hedden, will host, with headliner Tara Brown and feature act Joey Nickel. Blue Water Oral Surgery Center is the presenting sponsor. Brinn Daniels, a Nashville-based comedian and filmmaker originally from Florida, will also be hosting. Daniels has performed at various venues including Zanies, Nateland Live, Don’t Tell Comedy, Third Coast Comedy Club, and 731 Comedy Club, alongside top nationally touring comedians, bringing family-friendly humor to audiences. Joey Nickel, the 2022 Champion of the Savannah Comedy Competition, has been making people laugh since his 8th-grade talent show debut. In 2014, he left his job at Apple to pursue stand-up comedy full-time, supported by his wife's income for their family of five. During the isolation of 2020, he launched his successful web series "Comedy Super Friends," which he continues to produce when he feels like it. Nickel also runs "CSF live shows" monthly in the Jacksonville area. He is described as both clean and hairy in his comedy style and appearance. Audiences can regularly find him at the Jacksonville Comedy Zone and Madcaps Comedy Club, as well as other clubs, bars, breweries, and Mexican restaurants nationwide. Tara Brown, an award-winning comedian, performs clean and family-friendly comedy across the country. CharlotteFive.com recognized her as one of “The Standup Comedians You Need to Know in Charlotte,” and Queen City Nerve named her “Best Comedian” for 2019. She recently won Jeanne Robertson’s “Comedy with Class” Humor Competition. Brown has appeared on the second season of “Stand Up Nashville” on the Circle Network, Dry Bar Comedy, Open Bar Comedy, and performs for Carnival Cruise Line. "Comedy at the Boulevard" will take place on the Main Stage at ECTC, located on the second floor of 560 Grand Boulevard in Grand Boulevard Town Center in Miramar Beach. Resident comedian, Jason Hedden, will host, with headliner Tara Brown and feature act Joey Nickel. Blue Water Oral Surgery Center is the presenting sponsor.
Brinn Daniels, a Nashville-based comedian and filmmaker originally from Florida, will also be hosting. Daniels has performed at various venues including Zanies, Nateland Live, Don’t Tell Comedy, Third Coast Comedy Club, and 731 Comedy Club, alongside top nationally touring comedians, bringing family-friendly humor to audiences.
Joey Nickel, the 2022 Champion of the Savannah Comedy Competition, has been making people laugh since his 8th-grade talent show debut. In 2014, he left his job at Apple to pursue stand-up comedy full-time, supported by his wife’s income for their family of five. During the isolation of 2020, he launched his successful web series “Comedy Super Friends,” which he continues to produce when he feels like it. Nickel also runs “CSF live shows” monthly in the Jacksonville area. He is described as both clean and hairy in his comedy style and appearance. Audiences can regularly find him at the Jacksonville Comedy Zone and Madcaps Comedy Club, as well as other clubs, bars, breweries, and Mexican restaurants nationwide.
Tara Brown, an award-winning comedian, performs clean and family-friendly comedy across the country. CharlotteFive.com recognized her as one of “The Standup Comedians You Need to Know in Charlotte,” and Queen City Nerve named her “Best Comedian” for 2019. She recently won Jeanne Robertson’s “Comedy with Class” Humor Competition. Brown has appeared on the second season of “Stand Up Nashville” on the Circle Network, Dry Bar Comedy, Open Bar Comedy, and performs for Carnival Cruise Line.
