You’ll love the pristine beauty of Seagrove and its rich history. It’s chock-full of great restaurants too, some of which are within walking distance. Stroll (or ride a bike!) to Brozinni's Pizzeria, Cafe Thirty-A, Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta, and Mi Casita Mexican Grill.
Plus, Seaside is less than a mile away to the west, and Rosemary Beach to the east.
Each level of this gorgeous beach house has a porch.
And the best one? Definitely the top floor! A very unique space, complete with a lounging area, TV, and mini kitchen, It feels like a second home within a home! Very nice. You can even see the spectacular Gulf.
Beautifully decorated, the spacious and newly furnished living area is comfy and inviting, with a 65” curved 4K TV. The updated kitchen has new countertops. Also on the first floor is a guest bedroom, queen, with a hall bath, double vanity and shower/tub.
Upstairs, a primary bedroom, king, also with a double vanity and shower/tub. The bunk rooms, connected by a Jack and Jill bath, has room for six kids. Adorable. The third floor has another primary bedroom, queen, with private bath and shower/tub.
One definition of Arrabella is a girl’s name, meaning beautiful and grace. Very fitting. Enjoy!
