Arrabella

We had a great stay at Arrabella during Thanksgiving week 2022. The property was in great condition and easily accomodated our group of 10. The house is laid out well. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We counted steps and the beach is about 550 steps away. The driveway was long enough to accomdated 3 vehicles plus a golf cart. The property management company was very responsive to our needs and requests. Overall, we had a great experience and I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the house. We made memories that will last a lifetime. We enjoyed having a big breakfast each morning at the large dining room table and coffee on the front porch.

This house was perfect for what we needed it for. It was a short walk to the beach and ice cream. Was nice having a little yard in the front where the kids played bocce/spike ball. We had a handful of senior girls that LOVED having the upstairs living room area to hang out separate from the adults. And although there were plenty of beds, they fought over who would sleep on the sectional on the top floor because of comfort. Plenty of seating for meals, etc. Was all great!

It was great! Only had one issue with the house and it was resolved that day! Very fast service

This house was perfect for our family with bedrooms on multiple levels and plenty of bathrooms. It was located a short walk from the beach for easy back and forth trips. The bikes came in handy for rides up and down the main street to various shops and restaurants. We would rent this home again.

We loved our stay at the Arabella! Plenty of room, loved the third floor living area, and just all around a great place to stay! Newly renovated, very clean, great space for three families to relax and visit. We met some of the neighbors who are homeowners and enjoyed chatting. Back patio and outdoor shower also an added plus!

We had a great time and great weather. The house was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean upon arrival. Will stay again.

3 Families (Mine, Sisters, and Parents) all stayed at the Arrablla house for a getaway. The house was in great condition. My mother noticed a light out, and called the Oversee Rentals. Within half an hour, they were there. The Tech checked his computer and noticed Filters would be coming up in the next week and asked if we minded if he went ahead and took care of that while he was there. Of Course! During the vacation, my son who has special needs Broke the 65” Curved 4K TV. I called oversee, and again within an hour someone was there. Long story short, they shopped the TV, found the lowest price online, and deducted what they would have made from my rental, because of the circumstances. I happily paid the difference, because this was way more than they had to do., When renting from them you will receive emails with Exactly what supplies the house will be stocked with, Mobile App for info on the house, and surrounding information, as well as access instructions. We travel a good bit, and I can say Oversee is by far the best rental company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Rent this house, you will not regret it!

Our stay was wonderful. The home was well equipped for all needs during our stay.we had a large group, and there was plenty of space for everyone. I would highly recommend Arrabella.

We were very pleased with Arabella. It was the perfect place for our family vacation with our adult children, and only a couple of blocks from the beach. The house was great! We ran out of propane and the property management company was at our place with a replacement propane tank before we knew it.

The property location was perfect! We loved having bikes available and the management company was very quick to respond to us. We would definitely stay here again!

The house and furnishings are amazing. Great floorplan and comfortable beds. Great location. So much to see and do. Hope to make this a yearly trip.

I experience was fabulous! The floor plan of Arrabella was perfect for our large family and everybody was more than comfortable. The house was very clean and well furnished. The walk to the beach was easy and only took a few minutes. I would highly recommend this house to any family staying in the Seagrove-Seaside area. We will definitely rent this property again!

We loved everything about our recent stay at Arrabella in Seagrove. It was spacious, well appointed, off the beaten path but close proximity to beach, shops, and food. The small neighborhood pool was perfect for cooling off after long hours of sun and sand at the beach. Bikes being included was fabulous to have for nearby concerts and dinners. We would definitely stay here again!

We found Arrabella to be well furnished, provide plenty of space for a large family, close to the pool, and a short walk to the beach – it was a perfect place for our family for the week! We’ll go back.

Loved this house! Have stayed in area at several different houses and this was favorite yet. Short walk to beach and great location for riding bikes to seaside etc. The house had everything we needed and was in great condition.

Great house with everything you need for a fun vacation. Beds were comfortable and plenty. Close enough to the beach. Recommend you enter the beach at the access across from the Tom Thumb – less populated and easy access to the Tom Thumb for snacks, etc. And it is just as close as the recommended access.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Arrabella and I thought the Oversee Mgmt. could not have been more attentive to our needs. I was impressed with the stellar service we received, the condition of the property, and just the overall experience of working with them.

The property was great, beautiful and roomy. It was clean and readily accessible to the beach. The bikes available with the property were great to have, and in constant use. The pool was just across the street. We had some wi-fi connection problems, but someone came over to help us get connected. We were close to several good restaurants, and really enjoyed our time there.

Our stay at the Arrabella was fantastic. Location was close to beach access and a bike ride away from Seaside and other spots. Great place for a family getaway.

Perfect house! Close to beach and pool. Plenty of room for our five grown children, Granny, 3 grandchildren and one special guest. Beautiful and charming home. Easy to book. Loved the email communications. Great week! Definitely would book with Oversee again!

Had a wonderful week in this house. It was the perfect house for our large family. The third floor was perfect for the kids and the adults had a wonderful time on the first floor which spilled out into the back area with the grill and dining table. We will definitely stay at this house again when we return!

I am a Seagrove Beach veteran. This home is well-appointed and has a great layout. We were 4 Moms with 5 boys and there was plenty of space for all and the tasteful beach decor was very pleasant. Nice to be in walking distance of Flip Flops, Bike Rental, Cocoon’s Deli, and the gourmet popsicle shop!

We had a blast. The house was lovely. Well decorated and clean. Great front porch and lawn. It’s a hike upstairs, but there’s an ice marker, blender, a nice view and breeze. You can stay up there all day. We stayed with two other families, or thirteen people, total. Never felt crowded. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Arrabella with our family of 6, my brother’s family of 5, and my parents. It was a wonderful place for all our kids, range 5-14. Very short walk to the beach and several restaurants. My mom left her jewelry behind accidentally; they were very accommodating and mailed them right out.

The house was lovely and having a pool was a real plus especially with restroom facilities. Proximity to beach was good.
