At the quiet end of 30A, Dune Allen Beach is surrounded! By dune lakes! Tucked between Oyster Lake, Allen Lake, and Stallworth Lake, this fantastic community also shares her laid-back brilliance with Gulf Place. It’s easy to get to, so your gang has quick access to some of 30A’s best local attractions, without the hustle and bustle of busier areas.

Founded on timber mills along Choctawhatchee Bay in the 1840s, tourism “took off” in 1884 with the arrival of the Louisville & Nashville Railroad. Dune Allen officially became a community in 1946 and earned its reputation as the “local’s beach.” When the Allen family opened it to families in 1958, would you believe there was just one house on the south side of Scenic 30A?
