The unit was reasonably comfortable but in a noisy location. The unit was clean and had accessories as advertised. The window on the alley side was covered in cardboard allowing gaps for noise and insects. The dehumidifier exhaust exited the window through the cardboard. This looked very bad from inside and outside and we were amazed that this was allowed as a window dressing.

Location was great! Very walkable to rosemary and surrounding areas! The AC is pretty loud & didn’t really get cold, but the condo had two plug in fans that we used. The shower had hair in it upon arrival, so we questioned if it was clean or not.
