Welcome to Villa Dolce, a stunning luxury home in Seagrove Beach. This beautifully designed 3,074 sq ft villa features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, perfect for an ultimate 30A vacation.

Your crew will love the private pool and hot tub. They’ll also enjoy the game room with shuffleboard and foosball, and a large, covered deck with an outdoor grill and dining area overlooking the peaceful pool. Sound like paradise? Well, it is!

The first floor opens to the stylish outside oasis, complete with a game zone and a cozy checker table for two. The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for whipping up home-cooked meals.

The first-floor primary suite is a peaceful retreat, with a plush king bed, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom featuring a garden tub and large shower. French doors lead to your own outdoor oasis. Very private.

Upstairs, a second living area offers a perfect space to relax, surrounded by four more beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom.

Was a great place to stay and host our guest for our wedding weekend. The pool was nice as well as the hot tub. I wish the host would have provided more dish, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, hand and dish soap. There were hand soap containers in every bathroom, but no liquid soap in them. At this price point I feel there should be plenty of consumable items to use fairly minor complaint but everything else was great.

A code was provided to enter property through front door but the code didn‚’t work. This was by design but was not communicated to us prior to our arrival. (The property owner did not want renters returning from the beach to enter through the front. Understandable.) All entry was through the back door. It also was not disclosed to us that there was construction happening next door. We did not like the fact that construction workers could watch us at the ‚Äòprivate‚’ pool. Gas grill was rusty but the property manager replaced it with a new one the same day I reported the issue. Kitchen was well stocked but the dishwasher leaked. Floor had water damage. This house was convenient to the beach, but there were many issues. Property managers were always extremely courteous and were consistently helpful.

Wonderful family memories made! Great house, close enough to walk, no golf cart needed! House had absolutely everything needed, also loved having the pool & hot tub. Only downside was the outdoor fridge/freezer did not cool properly. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our group and kids. Each room had a bathroom so we had plenty of space. It’s right across the road from the beach access, very easy to walk with kids. We had the pool heated and it felt great by Day 2! Would love to stay here again.

Outstanding 5 bedroom house with private bath for each bedroom. The house provides everything you could want plus the beds are incredibly comfortable. Close to beach yet not so close that you’re involved in the beach traffic. The managers are available 24/7 and I mean available. The house was immaculate and I recommend the home to all. I’m the grandmother and I had my son, his wife and their two teenaged kids. Pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, foosball and great tv. We had it all!
