A private paved path puts the beach just a two-minute stroll away, and it's one of the prettiest walks around. Once your toes hit the sand, claim your complimentary beach setup with two chairs and an umbrella, available March through October. That's one less thing to pack and one more reason to settle in for a full day by the water.
Back at Villa Bon Secour, the pool is where everyone naturally ends up. Stretch out on a lounger, toss something on the grill, and gather around the outdoor table for six as dinner turns into another hour outside. Prefer a warmer swim?
Pool heat is available for an additional fee, making early mornings and evening dips even better.
Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are just a bike ride away, and complimentary beach cruisers make getting there half the fun. Cruise over for coffee, browse local shops, grab dinner, or head straight for the beach. No parking hunt, no schedule, just an easy ride and another excuse to stay outside a little longer.
Inside, everything is conveniently arranged on one level, making it easy for everyone to settle in. The kitchen island seats four for breakfast or happy hour, while the dining table has room for six. The sunroom adds another comfortable spot to relax and opens directly to the pool.
Sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a private bath and TV, a queen bedroom with its own TV, and a bunkroom that's sure to be a favorite with the younger crowd, complete with its own TV too.
At Oversee 30A, we're nearby when you need us and out of the way when you don't. Our local team is available seven days a week, plus a 24/7 emergency line, so you can spend less time worrying about the details and more time making the most of your stay.

We loved our stay at Villa bon secour! The private pool, the easy walk to the beach, the complimentary beach chair service, the comfortable home, the ease of getting to any restaurant/shop/adventure we wanted to do – it was one of my favorite beach stays ever and we will definitely book with oversee properties on future beach trip visits!

The beds were all so comfortable and the house was so cute. The walk to the beach was like something you read about in a book. The pool was perfect and perfect temperature. I do however wished we knew more about all the restaurants and shopping. But it was fun exploring the beautiful 30A. We highly recommend and appreciate the stay and cant wait to be back. The Water to the ocean was so clear and beautiful we could swim and float like it was nothing. The sand is white and actually not hot to walk on surprisingly totally opposite then texas beaches. We love every bit of it.

We had an amazing stay, the walk to the beach was a 3 minute walk, beach was quiet and pristine! The complimentary chairs were a great addition. Pool was perfect for our younger kids and the backyard was so private. Very close to the big chill with food and shopping.

We love this little house on Pelican Circle. We’ve stayed here for over a decade. It’s just the right size for our family. The location is perfect. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. Close enough to Rosemary and Seaside to enjoy them, but far enough away to allow privacy. We will be back.

We loved the size, location and cleanliness of this house. The rental is just a short, scenic walk away from the beach. The beach service was in the perfect spot. The kitchen came with everything we needed for the few times we cooked in, and the grill was perfect for our poolside cookout. The size/layout of the house was perfect for our group, cozy enough but yet enough room to spread out. The bikes provided were an added bonus for the short ride to the “Big Chill” formally known as the “Hub”. (The only issue was the seat on one of the bikes was not very stable). The pool was also an added bonus for relaxing after a day at the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a good time at the Villa, the place was clean, as usual with Oversee. I would say it’s a little smaller than expected. we love the neighborhood and this was one of the great properties. We have not had any issues. Pool was clean and as always a nice addition to have. The only recommendation to the property owner was to check kitchen supplies and get what’s needed. It’s a great property to be back

The updated house was fully appointed with everything we needed to cook ourselves. Additionally the heated pool allowed the kids to swim whenever the ocean was too rough. The ocean was just steps away and the private access beach with the beach chairs setup every day was a true luxury.

Great floor plan, well equipped space. Nice private pool. Favorite aspects: the quaint neighborhood, privacy and QUICK walk to the beach!!! Never had it so good. Would love to come back again.

The beach is accessed out the gate in the backyard and down a short pathway. 2 min walk is accurate. Once you reach the sand, it takes your breath away. It’s a beautiful beach. Loved the pool. Very quiet and relaxing. The house is in a gated subdivision with multi-million dollar homes. My wife and I enjoyed the beach getaway. We will be back.
