With ample parking, a covered pavilion, and ceiling fans, the Pavilion at Watersound Town Center is quickly becoming South Walton’s destination for outdoor events. Upcoming events include "Beauty and the Beast" by The REP on August 4, J & The Causeways for the 30A Songwriters Summer Series on August 11, and "Sing 2" for an outdoor movie night on August 18.

5 Stars- our visit couldn’t have been better! The house was in a beautiful, quiet and private community. We loved the walkability around the neighborhood, to the pool, beach, and local restaurants. The house was clean and well equipped. We will absolutely be back and recommend the home to friends!
